Ever one very informative and explain everything

Excellent company to do business with. Professional, friendly and very informative. Nothing is too much trouble, all queries and questions answered in a professional and easy to comprehend manner. Felt totally at ease by the time I had my operation. Highly recommend.

This company have been excellent. From start right up to today they have done everything exactly as promised. Customer service at its very best. They don't just want your money to then disappear, they truly care about you.

A company that is very good pre-op, however post-op, don't follow up or support their patients enough. I feel quite let down after the money spent with them. Their answer is to use the app, but absolute minimal support is sort offered by random telephone calls. My own GP was more support.

From start to finish I've had a great experience. In particular the follow up calls were great. And any questions I had were answered.....thanks for all your help

Was extremely nervous as anyone going for life changing surgery will understand. Traveled far from home to have the surgery by myself. The team at Burcot Hall were absolutely incredible, looking after me so well I didn't feel troubled at all. They couldn't do enough for me, made me comfortable. If anyone is thinking of using Healthier Weight and in particular the team at Burcot Hall, I can't recommend them enough. Since my op, the contact has been good, the team checking in to see how I am. If they can't get me on the phone as I work away they've followed up with emails until I get round to replying. I've been fortunate and have suffered no ill effects which has been great, the path ahead for looks much more positive now and Healthier Weight played a huge part in helping me see things that way. Thank you Healthier Weight, keep up the good work!

Very kind and polite MDT. Every step of the way I have received excellent information and explanation and I'm so excited to be having the surgery to empower me to start the next chapter of my life with my new health journey. To have such immediate accessibility to excellent physicians really is quite surreal! And I keep pinching myself because it is actually real. I'd 100% recommend Healthier Weight for your bariatric weight management journey.

I had my gallbladder removed recently by Mr Madhok consultant gastroenterologist and it went really well. Mr Madhok was reassuring, the operation was quick with no complication and my recovery is good so far.
The follow up from healthier weight was also very good , they were nice and answered all my questions pre and post op. I would 100% recommend

Surgeon and hospital were great

I had my gallbladder removed on the 25th August at Burcott Hall hospital. This was arranged for me by my health co-ordinater Heather from the healthier weight group. She was lovely to speak to and put me at ease from the first point of contact. A date for the surgery was given to me immediately with a link containing my surgeons details.
After reading a few negative reviews I was a little nervous as to what to expect but I can now say that this is one of the best hospitals I have had treatment in. My surgeon Mr Daskalakis was very understanding and addressed all my concerns. The staff are phenomenal 👏 so supportive and caring. They went above and beyond and I can't thank them enough.

My experience was a very good one thanks to the stuff they are all kind and helpful . The surgeon was a very good one that i was able to go back to my normal life 3 days after surgery without any pain

Very helpful all the way through, from initial starter conversation to date. The team are very caring and quick to respond. I'm glad I chose healthier weight. My surgery was at The London Independent Hospital with Mr John Loy and I'd chose him again too.

I couldn’t fault the hospital I had my surgery at. The staff there and the care was amazing.
I have found all but one of Healthier Weight’s staff friendly every time I have spoken to them.
I’ve had a few problems after my operation and to be honest at times felt horrendous. Healthier Weight did check in with during this time however it felt limited with what they could do or offer and I was often left to seek medical attention through 111 or my GP. This might be due to the distance between them and myself.
My biggest disappointment is my surgeon Mr Singhal. Pre op very friendly and chatty. Post op it felt like a conveyor belt. I could hear him saying the same thing to each patient before he came into my room to speak to me. One morning he came into my hospital room. Spoke two sentences and then walked out again. That was it. Didn’t ask me how I was, or how my night had been. This really upset me as I already felt rubbish.
Even with my problems post op he has never once reached out to me to check on me and I also don’t have a follow up with which I find unusual.
Healthier Weight staff also reached out to him when I was having problems.
He may be an excellent surgeon but he needs to improve on his bedside manner, people skills and communication.
