The lab tech was wonderful she fit me I. While on her lunch break. Thank you for making the process nice and easy.

I purchased an allergen test for almost $50, and I am quoting from the email: "You DO NOT need to show your ID or give your insurance information to the lab" (emphasis in original).

When I got to LabCorp, they made me scan my ID into their system. People do not know how much data is in the ID. Do you know that the license number has encoded information? They don't know how powerful data can be in the wrong hands. No, what they always do is say they'll never be hacked. And then when they're hacked, they don't tell anyone. Least of all, you.

So I told them at LabCorp that they're d*cks. This is literally what I said, and I stand by it. What do they think, that someone is going to steal my test? The results are emailed to me. So someone is going to take the allergen test, and I will receive his results?

So I wrote to HealthLabs, and they didn't click on the image, replying that of course the lab needs your ID, how else are they going to make sure that you are the person needing the test, other than to capture your valuable data and save it online in a cloud server somewhere where it can be hacked?

So I wrote back the qoute, from their emial: "You DO NOT need to show your ID or give your insurance information to the lab." And, of course, I have received no answer.

These people don't care about my data. When my house is stolen, nobody who was responsible will be around. On the contrary, they'll say I must have posted it online -- but it definitely wasn't them.

The worst part is that you can't get them to say that they don't care. So they are liars, too, in a way, always saying how deeply they care about my private data, and never able to explain how it gets out there, when I only ever am forced to share it with them.

Very easy to check-in and the staff was helpful.

Good experience

This a wonderful and much needed service. I'm amazed at how many tests are available through this service without a doctor's prescription. Having these tests available is empowering. Order, scheduling, testing, and reporting was quick and efficient. Two thumbs up.

Needed a Drug screen to clear my license, Health labs made it simple and affordable. I highly recommend!

Quick and easy and painless. So much cheaper

Going to the Questline Diagnostics in Brandon is the best experience I've had with drug testing so far. There was only a 5 minute wait time in the middle of the day and the staff was both friendly and respectful. Got everything done in less than 15 minutes! Will definitely be coming back here if I ever need to do another drug test, highly recommend you do the same 👍

I use this website often because of the better prices and because I always get the results in three days are use different website before and take a lease 14 days to get results and this website I always get it in three days no matter what

I have no objections to the products; however, the loyalty program, available only with marketing consent via SMS/email/phone, results in phone harassment. This is completely inconsistent with the wellbeing image they present. Upon revoking consent, discounts are revoked as well. And if you reinstate consent, you start back at level 1, despite spending a lot of money.

The process was fast and the nurse was excellent. I'd get this again!

In the past, I have had low Vitamin D and Ferritin levels. My Primary Care Doctor checks these levels annually but I like to have these levels checked every 6 months. Ordering the requested tests is easy, and reasonably priced. Results are received within 1-2 days. I will continue to use HealthLabs for my blood work.

Super easy. Ordered the test went to the lab to do test. Once I gave them my code I got from my order to confirm it was me they took me straight back. The employees were all super sweet and explained everything thoroughly. I would use this company and recommend it to anyone. There was no judgement also. Thanks guys !!!

First time at LabCorp. It was crazy busy, the waiting area was full.
However the staff was very responsive and worked diligently and professionally to get everyone in as quickly as possible.
I was there for a lab draw and Melissa or Marcia was not only working at reception and processing the paperwork she did my draw. Perfect stick and she was warm and professional. She made the whole process smooth and easy.

Had blood drawn on 2/14/24. Website says 1-3 day business day results. It’s now 2/21 and no results. Health Labs says that they will check with Quest Diagnostics but, so far, that’s it. No real assistance. Will never use Health Labs again.
