Lots of mixed reviews here. My purchase was made on the 20th October and delivered on the 13th November.
I wasn't in a big rush for this so was not annoyed by the slow delivery.
Product was exactly as described and genuine. Saved about 30% on the retail cost so happy enough. Communication is all that is letting this company down. Once Royal Mail had it, the updates on delivery were fine.
Would I buy again. Probably. However I noticed the product is now out of stock.

Absolutely nothing wrong with this retailer!!! I found the company after searching Google for Elemis eye make up remover. Health reaction was the cheapest I could find at £14. Bargain I thought, but they always say if it sounds too good to be true, it's probably a scam. However, I put my trust in the company and placed my order, it wasn't a fortune, so if things went awry, I wasnt going to be too worried. After 8 or 9 days, I started to panic. No word of my item. I sent an email to the company and sure enough I got an immediate reply saying that my item would be dispatched in a few days. I then looked up reviews and noticed that quite a few people were stating how long they waited on a particular item and this did not suit them, so they were giving low ratings to this company!
I am pleased to say that my item arrived 14 days after I placed my order. Too long for some people, but to be honest, I would rather have a bargain price than a speedy delivery of a higher costing product.
So, if you dont mind waiting 2 weeks on your item, then I would encourage you to try Health reaction for yourself.
I will definitely be giving them another go because their prices are hard to beat!!!!

Was so apprehensive after ordering, read lots of negative reviews but my package arrived (23 days it after order). Customer service were also prompt to respond and let me know the cause and expectation for delivery. Delivery was tracked with Royal Mail. Genuine product and happy with the price paid.

I found this website via Google search. Yes the item was cheaper however, if you want something soon do not use this company.
Many emails from me chasing the order to be given receipt dates that were not met and after considering taking this up with my bank, they told me the item is transported to them from The Netherlands! I gave them the benefit of the doubt and received my item after 3 weeks and 3 days. It could have gone either way! Needless to say it wasn't worth the aggravation and I will not use this company again.

6 weeks since order and still waiting. Beginning to suspect I have been scammed by this company. Like other, will seek a refund from my bank.

Still waiting 2 weeks later, called number on bank statement to be told that they are not health reaction, they told me on the phone that health reaction is a fake company that is using their number. I have contacted my bank for a refund

Great products at great prices. Delivery also great. Will 100% definitely use Healthreaction again and again 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I ordered on the 18th October and I have just received it. and I am over the moon. I am so glad I have found this site great for xmas stocking fillers. I have had a brilliant experience with Healthreaction will definitely be ordering again xx

Having not received an email or notification that my order had been received, I Googled the company and read that others have experienced the same. However, having paid on my credit card and reading that delivery had been made to some customers 2 weeks after their order, I sat back and waited. A couple of days ago I received an email from Royal Mail stating that they had the parcel and the delivery date with 2 hour window. The delivery has been made just now and everything is there. Don’t panic. This is a genuine company but the communication could be better. That’s the only issue you may have, which, if you know the company is genuine then it’s not really a problem. You will receive your goods.

Same negative experience as many people here:
Product showing in stock when ordering.
Then no stock and they suggest an alternative product and struggling to get a refund.
Stay away from these people and you will save time and money.

I waited a week for the standard delivery, then e mailed Healthreaction incase I had put incorrect delivery options , they immediately replied , I received a larger than paid for Lancôme product due to the delay so I’m very happy and will use them again

Should have read the reviews before purchasing i warn you if you are thinking about ordering please don't have been promised my order has been sent nearly three weeks late nothing received asked for a refund and have contacted my bank to see if i can get my money back STAY AWAY FROM HEALTH REACTION

Despite the other reviews i had a good experience and received my product (albeit a substitute but it worked out the same)
Once ordered i got a confirmation email and they emailed me straight away to tell me of the substitution. Then after seeing the reviews (after i had purchased) I emailed to ask when it would be dispatched & they said no later than Saturday. I received my order today after about a week & had tracking information sent through Royal
Mail.

Placed order on 2nd October. After that I heard nothing for over a week, and after reading allof the bad reviews here, I started to panic and think I had lost my £35. Then I received an email from the Royal Mail on 11 th saying that the would deliver the next day. But still no update from Healthreaction.
HoweverI am happy to have got the order, and I paid £10 less than Boots, even with cost of delivery.
It woud have been better though if Healthreaction had kept me updated.

Wish I'd seen the reviews before purchasing.

Like many here, never arrived after a month. So emailed them and they said stock in next week. That was two weeks ago. Promised a refund if not in stock on 7th October, still nothing, so will go through credit card company now.

Ordered goods 6th October. Not received. Called no answer. Email bounced back. They've taken my money how can they behave like this. I hope they will refund my koney

Was dubious when ordering as some reviews not very good. Communications great. Value for money. Order arrived within a week as promised

Ordered goods 2nd Oct, payment taken 3rd Oct. No confirmation email and still waiting on goods. No one picks up the phone when you try to call. Awaiting answer from email also. Steer clear.

Item didn’t arrive. Excuse after excuse. No refund given. Avoid.

Very competitive pricing and excellent customer service.

I ordered some hair products in bulk as the price was 33% cheaper than other retails of the same product.

I certainly didn't want to purchase through Amazon as I didn't need next day delivery nor did I want to pay the higher cost per item.

I love how fast customer service was to respond to my email I grew a bit concerned that the delivery wouldn't arrive however they put my mind at ease and provided me with tracking on the delivery and all was well!
