Anchors did not fit my Phonak speaker…
Anchors did not fit my Phonak speaker wire. The hole in the anchor cable through which the speaker wire must go was far too big, with the result that the anchor simply floats around.
This result was sad as the advertisement states specifically that the anchors work with Phonak hearing aids.

Your audiologist may be able to help you find out which size you need, and we can offer support to help ensure you can order the correct size. You sent us a message on the 27th June which as a Saturday we were unable to reply as we were not in the office, however on the 29th June (Monday) we sent you a reply message as soon as we were back in the office (09:16) so we are unsure where you have got the 9 days from.
If you are referring to the delivery time we would remind you we are UK based so international deliveries take time, especially during the current climate.
