There was an issue with the connector on the receiver wire. There was a lack of clarity in the type of connector when I ordered it and they refused to allow a return and I got no refund.

I am entitled to have free batteries…
I am entitled to have free batteries from the N H S but they only give out two packets a time and I calculate it costs me over £5 to collect them each time as well as exposure to risk in the current pandemic situation. I was therefor delighted to obtain over a years supply of essential hearing aid batteries at reasonable cost without having to leave my house. Thank you.

I have bought a pair of in the ear,work well l was having trouble with over the ear what with glasses and face mask.take a while to get used to they can still be seen as fill the whole inside of ear,but still discreet.
