Very helpful. I had an online chat because I wasn’t sure what size domes I needed. I was given the information, ordered them and they turned up a few days later. Very good service at a good price.

When the product I purchased turned out to be incompatible with my mother's hearing aids, the customer service I received was exemplary.
I telephoned to arrange return and my call was quickly answered by Joy, who suggested various alternatives and then emailed a returns label which arrived within minutes.
I posted the item back on a Friday and by Monday afternoon had received an email telling me the refund had been processed.
It is comparitively easy for online retailers to ship out products using automated systems which mostly work well. However, it is in dealing with problems that companies can distinguish themselves, as demonstrated on this occasion.

I recieved the product about 2 weeks after I received it. Charged it and it's worked gust fine. It was about 1/3 the price here at home.

I ordered a tub of medicated wipes to clean my hearing aids. They arrived VERY QUICKLY - the next day or the day after.

Excellent service. I ordered the wrong size Phonak hearing aid hooks for my son and emailed to ask if I could replace them with the right size. I had a quick response to let me know which size I needed and that a replacement would be no problem. I got the new hearing aid hooks very promptly and was very happy with the service. Highly recommend.

I want to thank Liberty at hearing aid accesories, personally, for fantastic service, product knowledge and delivering on everything that she said she would do and more.

Today, for the first time in years I have been able to hear someone without looking at them. Why? Because they were wearing the accesory that I was advised to buy.

I have been able to go back to my Samsung and stream directly to my hearing aids, rather than using an iPhone I detest. Why? Because I am using the same product that, again, I was advised to buy.

Without Liberty doing her research and advising me I would have bought the wrong product, spending money unnecessarily. This time we have got it right, first time.

I'll never hear properly, like a "normal" level, however, with her personal help, I can hear better than I have done in such a long time.
