Visited the Birstall branch to have a buildup of wax removed from my ear which was causing me issues while in bed.

The branch is extremely clean and tidy.

Leanne is diligent and careful, and made sure to check that I was comfortable throughout the procedure. She is very friendly and puts you at ease immediately.

This was my second visit, the last one being a few years ago for the exact same issue.

The price is (still) reasonable for the skilled work taking place, and the amount you pay is less if just one ear is cleaned, as was my case.

Prompt and friendly welcome. I felt I was remembered. I felt valued and great care was used to ensure I understood what was going to be done and I was happy to continue. Time was taken to explain continuing care of my ears.

Very professional friendly service my sons been twice over the last 2 years for wax removal .
He’s suffered with his ears for years and the waiting times through the NHS are ridiculous .
We were going on holiday and he really suffers with his ears on the plane and in swimming pool so thought it was worth getting them checked before we flew and worth
paying the £70 for both ear wax removal .
The lady he saw was lovley it involved a thorough chat and advise and that she would pass information on to his GP
It was painless and quite interesting as you can see inside your ears on the camera and exactly what came out !!

Same day appointment to remove stuck cotton wool bud,Staff were brilliant and gave good advice and procedure was painless and took only a few minutes,

Although this wasn’t my first visit to The Hearing Centre, it was my first appointment with Helen and she was excellent throughout, always explaining what she was doing in a very pleasant and professional manner. I am always extremely pleased with the service I receive and would highly recommend this company.

I was slightly apprehensive regarding my appointment as I've never had a hearing problem before. The receptionist was very friendly when I booked in making me feel more relaxed. Helen was exceptional in explaining everything that she was doing throughout the whole procedure. I couldn't thank her enough as after months of being unable to hear in one ear it was all rectified.

The place is lovely . The receptionist was very friendly and you felt welcomed. The audiologist that did my procedure explained it well and put me at ease. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs a hearing consultation.

I saw Helen, She answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. Helen gave me suggestions on what I should do next. She will also do a report for my GP. Relaxing atmosphere at reception and the consultation room.

Excellent service, 2nd time I have used this clinic for earwax removal. My right ear was blocked, I was in and out within around 15 minutes and it was painless.

I went in with pain & deafness in my right ear and came out after a short time with full hearing after a painless wax removal, couldn't be happier! Claire was excellent explaining everything step by step. A very professional and friendly service. Would definitely recommend.

After multiple ear infections from swimming followed by courses of antibiotics from the Drs, I decided to visit the lovely team at the hearing centre. They advised I would be best to try ear moulds where impressions were taken and moulds provided at a follow up appointment, since then I have had no ear infections (over 6 months ago and I swim at least once a week). The team were friendly and informative and I have since recommended to many friends for any hearing needs.
