I am so pleased that I came across Koorosh and Hearing Now. Initially I was worried to be dealing with a company 180 miles away and only by phone and emails. You hear of so many stories!
I needn’t have been concerned.
Initially I asked Koorosh if he could supply me with a specific product called ReSound that had previously been recommended to me. As soon as Koorosh saw my audiogram he tried explaining to me that ReSound would be the wrong product for my needs. I insisted that those were what I wanted and he duly ordered a set for me.
Now I have to ask myself why did I think that I knew better?
After a week with the ReSounds, I called him and told him I had made a mistake. He was brilliant. He went on to recommended the new Phonak Sphere hearing aids, ordered them and took the ReSounds back.
Luckily, I had a reason to be in London a few weeks later and Koorosh arranged the fitting appointment at his surgery alongside the lovely Crystal Palace track.
On meeting him I could see that my estimation was correct in that he is totally professional, caring and knowledgeable.
The positive reviews are absolutely "the real thing".
The follow up care he has provided is also excellent.
I have no hesitation in recommending Koorosh and Hearing Now to anyone needing hearing care.

I had a pair of Phonak hearing aids I needed reprogramming, and attended for a hearing assessment and check with Mr Nejad. My hearing aids were subsequently adjusted to my hearing test results and the fitting of them checked. All was provided professionally, and with good advice care and attention. I would recommend this service to others

Hearing Now they have been very attentive through the whole process and assisted with the following issue in a very helpful and professional manner. Could not fault them. Their advice all along has been exemplary.

The hearing quality from my Starkey Ai Edge devices is definitely an improvement on my last pair. The flexibility they offer with sound control is useful and the double tap facility works to some degree.
However I would say that the Bluetooth connection is poor. The earphones are no good for streaming music as the sound quality is no good for that. If you’re just listening to voices say radio news then it’s okay. But the connection between iPhone and the devices is weak and you find that even the distance between the pocket and the aids is too great for them not to drop out. Hence I hardly use this option. Secondly voice calls do not work well. The recipient often cannot hear what you are saying. For some reason the relay between phone and caller is not effective. This was a big reason I bought them and now I have this function turned off. I get good quality sound from regular voice calls via the phone speakers so it’s not really a problem.
My last and most major complaint about these hearing aids is that they are very brittle so when the inevitable drop happens be warned that the casing can shatter like an eggshell. This has happened twice to me now and it’s an expensive fix given that the warranty only lasts one year. It’s really astounding that they are not made from shatter proof material as previous in-ear aids that I have owned from Phonak have been.

I found HearingNow through online research and was initially drawn in by the competitive price. I admit, I was a bit skeptical at first due to how much cheaper they were than other places I had checked.

However, after meeting with Koroosh, my confidence soared. They somehow made it cheaper. He is hands-down the best audiologist I have ever encountered. He is incredibly knowledgeable, practical, and highly patient—I can fully rely on his work and expertise. He truly understands the subject matter and instilled confidence that my long-troubling hearing problem would finally be resolved.

My hearing loss is severe, and finding a suitable device has been a frustrating journey. I previously used the bulky BAHA and then tried the rechargeable Virto I90, which, while very good technology-wise, was still too big for me. My right ear canal is very narrow, and we were dubious that we'd ever find a correct fit.

I never expected to receive such a discreet, nearly invisible titanium device in my ear. To our surprise, it fits very well!

Although the titanium models lack features like Bluetooth and Rechargeability, the trade-off is more than worth it. They are overly lightweight, feel completely natural. Still testing and so far i have not found much difference between titanium model and rechargeable one. The combination of Koroosh's expertise and this surprisingly effective, comfortable product is truly outstanding. I highly recommend hearingnow.

Friendly and effective

After almost 5 years of searching for hearing aids I can actually wear, and after going through several audiologists (who were only interested in flogging merchandise), I decided to give it one more go! Nejad sorted me out in less than half an hour. AND I paid £2000 LESS than I would have done @ Boots (on hearing aids the audiologist had chosen for me - before I had my hearing test). I've been wearing my Signia Pro hearing aids for 24 hours , now, and am - so far - delighted. I highly recommend 'Hearing Now'.

I cannot recommend koorosh and hearing now highly enough he’s been simply outstanding after having initial consultation loan hearing aids and ordering my new aids which sadly I couldn’t on with he then promptly ordered a new pair for refunding the difference instantly and now I’m absolutely delighted with my new aids
He simply is fantastic knowledgeable and understanding and the prices for all hearing aids is 50 percent cheaper than high street audiologists, wouldn’t go any where else , give him a try you won’t be disappointed

The treatment was comfortable and successful and I was treated with respect and kindness. I highly recommend this service to all with hearing problems.

Koorosh is just the most helpful person you could wish for, nothing is too much trouble and his response times are fantastic, he has done a few programs for me now and I’m highly delighted and can’t recommend him highly enough
