What made my visit five stars was Koorosh' matter of fact and informative hearing test followed by a discussion about what I was expecting next. No hard sell at all and again an informative experience. I came away very satisfied with the whole visit.

Had microsuction again with Koorosh who always takes great care so it doesn’t feel uncomfortable. Also gives good advice on how to keep ears clear so I have found i don’t need the microsuction as much as before.

I want to add my appreciation and thanks to Hearing Now. I saw Koorosh a few weeks ago and found the whole experience to be exceptionally good. He took time to listen and discuss my hearing and general lifestyle in order to make informed recommendations. He wasn't quick to sell me the newest hearing aid and following my hearing test, recalibrated the ones I had. I travelled from Barnet to Crystal Palace and would happily do so again. Thank you!

Koorosh was very helpful in finding hearing aids that suited my hearing loss. I have worn hearing aids since I was 8 years old and often struggled to find good private hearing aids. He was very patient and accommodating, the Oticon hearing aids I have been fitted with work amazingly and have provided a better listening experience for myself.

Excellent ear wax removal
I went in to microsuction my ears because I had wax stuck in them. The gentleman who cleaned my ears and restored my hearing was absolutely lovely and patient. I would go back there in a heartbeat.

Purchased Phonak Audio I90 hearing aids…
Purchased Phonak Audio I90 hearing aids in August 2025 at a substantial saving over buying the same hearing aids in Canada. I paid for an audiogram so the programmed hearing aids arrived about 10 days later more or less ready to go. Had some issues with bluetooth pairing that were discussed remotely with Koorosh and were resolved. New hearing aids do not make my hearing perfect but are an improvement over what I had before. Purchasing remotely works OK although I do miss the benefits of in person meeting and as an overseas buyer we receive a much shorter warranty on the hearing aids.

Outstanding Cusromer Service
Picked up my new hearing aids and used them for 10 days before a follow up review with Koorosh.
He then checked that all was OK, and recalibrated them for me. They have been fantastic ever since.
Koorosh gave outstanding customer service and is happy to take calls from Australia if any further adjustments are necessary.
Best hearing aid support I’ve ever had .

My first experience with this audiologist was excellent. I found Koorosh Nejad to be experienced, kind and considerate. I had been concerned about the hearing loss in my one 'good' ear and was able to make an appointment without a long waiting time. The cause of my hearing loss was identified and treated promptly by microsuction.
