Super quick and easy experience. Best microsuction I’ve had in London

Great service, reception was lovely and friendly and then my ears were sorted quickly and caringly by a very friendly expert. I'm sure I will use again in the future.

Micaela, who attended on me was very helpful she made the whole experience very comfortable. She had all the patience and explained what she is doing before any tests and was willing to answer all questions.

Annual hearing test, with an earlier appointment for wax removal. Excellent practitioners who are patient and take great care. Thoroughly recommended.

I was pleased with the first appointment and the friendly reception and service. However where you excelled was when I had to go back, because of a problem caused by using Optimise, when your audiologist Harry succeeded in clearing a very blocked ear. I can hear again, miracle!

Personable service if a little hurried. Giving info re: new models seemed to the more important than asking, specifically, how my current devices could be maximised.
The new devices seem pricey - even when considering the Xmas offer. I am glad I chose Hearology initially but I doubt I’ll continue once my warranty expires next year.

Michaela took time to find a solution for me as couldn’t wear the original hearing aids as incredibly itchy!

I was seen promptly; a diagnosis of external ear infection was made; this responded rapidly to the advised treatment; and follow-up confirmed the ear was back to normal. Everything was very efficient. Micaela (the health professional) was welcoming and explained everything clearly.

Easy booking; immediate care; hardly any discomfort and a great clinician who inspired confidence.

Hearology were good - from booking, directions and then the clinical professionals dealing with the problem.

Bernie was considerate, skilled and allayed my concerns in dealing with a blocked ear. Unfortunately I needed to go back for a follow up, as I had flooded my ear with ear drops (- don't be tempted) and Harry then skilfully and patiently completed the procedure.

Hearology succeeded where a well known High Street optician did not (- I wouldn't bother with them). They are more expensive, but very professional and they have the latest equipment and use well trained medical professionals.
