I have attended Hearology clinics several times over the years because the clinicians have all been very professional and competent. Today’s visit was no exception. The practitioner greeted me by name and was bright and cheerful. She kept me informed of every stage in the earwax removal process in a calm reassuring manner.She explained exactly what she was doing and warned me of the noise of the treatment. I felt very relaxed throughout, and was glad that I could then hear much better.
