Very friendly treatment throughout. Harry took a great personal interest in my rare version of BPPV and was very committed to finding solutions. His judgments were later endorsed by ENT specialists.

I found Michael to be very personable and professional. He tested my hearing in his usual very calm manner.
Harry kindly fitted me in for an unscheduled micro-suction, wax removal procedure.
This is the second year I have attended Hearology in Forest Row and have already booked an appointment for next year.
I recommend them for their friendly, professional services in spotlessly clean and modern premises.

We were recommended Hearology by a family member after being fed up with saying huh too many times!
We were impressed by the excellent service received, from the moment we walked through the door - being greeted by Deanne, to the earwax removal process by Harry who clearly explained the process about to happen. We also had a complimentary hearing test with Michael whom was very thorough and passionate. Great customer service.

Very quick and efficient. Harry explained very clearly the process and the likely outcomes. The receptionist was also friendly and helpful.

My wife and I were very concerned about her deafness and were very pleased that the condition proved to be earwax. The staff was very supportive and sensitive to my wife's condition, which was much appreciated.

Very professional service delivered with care.

I already wore hearing aids purchased elsewhere but they were not comfortable and I felt they were no longer doing a good job so decided to have a full diagnostic test to see whether my hearing had deteriorated and if so seek advice on the best course of action.
After researching in my local area I decided to go to Hearology in Forest Row. A large part of my decision for doing so is that they are CQC recognised/registered. There are very few hearing centres that are.
I saw Michael who was pleasant, polite and professional throughout, taking the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. He is clearly very knowledgeable and having been an audiologist for 42 years extremely experienced.
We discussed my results and the different hearing aids that were best suited for my needs. I left under no obligation but have decided to proceed with purchasing aids that are far more advanced than my current ones. I have placed the order and should receive them in a couple of weeks. Despite being custom made for my ears Hearology do not want any payment until after the fitting and me being completely happy with them.
Assuming they are as good as we discussed then I will be very happy. For me personally this was well worth doing.
I received excellent service, no complaints and thoroughly recommend.

As usual I received a friendly welcome. Michael explained what would happen in my hearing test clearly. He explained the results clearly and gave advice, without pressure, regarding my need for hearing aids. He also gave me literature to peruse rather than just sending online. Thank you Michael.

Harry was very thorough and knowledgeable. He took time to carry out some extra checks in addition to the microsuction which reassured me about the health of my eardrums and ear canals.

Absolutely brilliant. My mum came in on Friday for ear cleaning. They completely unclogged her ears and her hearing has returned to normal. Excellent service.
