Absolute blatant scam!! If you log in and try to play one of the games you get a “log in issue” so if you press continue you are then in the “pool” of people that will not win anything! It’s a complete scam…..

Great customer service experience. Had a worry over a deposit I had made. Vicki was available on live chat at 5am and was very reassuring, explaining what had happened and what would happen next without me needing to ask.

Sheigh was very helpful more than helpful although my issue was my downside Sheigh was more than kind to sorting it out, 10/10 service.

Heart bingo should be shamed of there services . Had issues with bingo winning not received they ensure me to wait 72hour for it to be resolved this was after been on chat for hours getting aired and having worker implying that is was my phones fault … anyways I’ve waited over 5 days and I had the same response I did on the day of issues they have no updates . They wouldn’t even show me full details of the bet even though state onsite if asked customer service they can give . I’ve become very impatient with it and frustrated because they don’t listen to you they avoid what ur asking totally discarding you now I’ve been gambling since I was 18 I’m now 29 so I’ve had my fair share of using sites stay clear of heart bingo they are not site that keeps they customers happy or put their customers first I’ve contemplating to put all screen shots online because I do think a lot people be shocked how it’s been handle my issues aside they customer services are very poor . This is people’s money their are handling not able to give clear answer after 5 days is big issue

Went to log into my account today and youse have shut down my account but that’s ok as I have screen shots of every conversation I have had, copies of all the emails It states in your terms and conditions that an account can be shut down if fraud is suspected I have to give you 8 weeks to respond then IBAS is going to take on my case so you can make this easier for us all and send me a case reference so I can pass it on to IBAS immediately I will also see you in court for Deformation of Character for basically trying to accuse me of fraud rather than pay my winnings ……

I spoke to a lovely lady Gina, an absolute gem that helped me with a miscommunication regarding my rewards expiring. I am more than happy to say she helped me and sorted out my confusion within minutes.

Was good. They originally agreed to leave my account open after BV (parent company) previously tried to close it with live bets which they claimed never existed (I took them to IBAS and won). Unfortunately for them, I had screenshots of the bet. When they reinstated my accounts, I agreed to take down this negative review of their operation.

For the last few months, I have continued to use some of their sites, but when I signed up to another, they placed restrictions on all of my accounts with Talksportbet, Betvictor etc... again. Really not a trustworthy operator. I would look elsewhere, if you want fair treatment and fair play. Negative review to follow for TalksportBet tomorrow.

Irene customer service agent is extremely helpful and very friendly customer service skills are 2nd to none and she deserves a promotion

Promos can be a little confusing however jim in customer service was a massive help
