Wouldnt ever recommend to anyone, account got verified then told me still couldn’t withdraw my money as account under review over a month later still interview said that can’t give a time frame and still haven’t received my winnings. Customer service horrendous heart bingo in general not good

Just read the last 3 months reviews, 1 star after 1 star after 1 star, every one of the reviews stating the same and for the same reason - rigged slots, RTP's a fraction of what the game manufactures (pragmatic etc) built in to the games program, every slot playing differently to that which the manufactures made, even scatters and bonuses suddenly not appearing on the end reel where YOU KNOW from playing the slot for months/years online appears. Hundreds of spins without a bonus and when it does eventually drop in, 9 out of 10 times the bonus amounts to less the 20x, I often receive a bonus payout less then what the game manufactures built in to the program as a minimum. less than x10 on games which the minimum bonus win is x10. Heavens forbid you dare to withdraw another at all, deposit £100 and decide to cut your losses by withdrawing £30, next to you play your RTP is often less than 15%.
Yes, all the official manufactures slots meet their RTP's and are not linked to the users withdrawals/net win/loss recent or long-term data, this is where the online casino's own version of the programs come jnto play and it is obvious in the UK when ALL the online sites do this, they just don't make it as blatantly obvious as heart and they do allow you to play the manufactures program most of the time, at least until you get a decent win and or make a withdrawal, it is just that it seems since about October of last year (2025) heart have decided that, as the UK Gambling Commission don't give a damn about PROPERLY PROTECTING THE USER (removing auto play and bonus buy in's, making the max stake £5 and introducing ID and Financial checks - but only when the casino decide to apply them "basically if a player wins") This non-stop generic reply "we are licensed and regulated under the UK Gambling Commission" just means "you are not regulated when it comes the software, programs, RTP's received by actual users".

I deposited and played on Heart Bingo in July 2024. When I tried to withdraw my winnings, they triggered verification

I sent all documents requested. Heart Bingo refused to accept them and refused to return my deposit. They ignored my emails for two full years.

In May 2026, after I threatened legal action, they suddenly "successfully validated" the exact same documents they had refused for two years. They refunded my deposit — proving I was verified.

But they are still withholding my winnings (around £1000). They have ignored my repeated requests for payment.

I have now filed a complaint with IBAS, the independent dispute resolution body. I am also reporting them to the UK Gambling Commission.

If you are thinking of playing here, be aware: Heart Bingo may take your deposits happily, but if you win, they will freeze your account, ignore you for years, and only act when regulators get involved.

Joined Heart Bingo, I was verified and made multiple deposits but the moment I had won something they quickly unverified my account and asked for documents - my ID was successfully verified , however i stated that i couldn’t provide a utility bill due to it not being in my name to then be told your account will remain frozen until you can provide this, I offered a bank statement which they weren’t happy with either.

I tried to raise a complaint because it’s astonishing that any website has been set up like that and has this sort of attitude to be told as your account isn’t verified we can’t raise a complaint.

Two days later and still waiting for my documents to be accepted, honestly pathetic service, it’s going to be taking to Ibas regardless I feel.

Won a large amount. Allowed me to withdraw a small amount then restricted my account. Having fully verified everything now been told my account is under review so still can't withdraw winnings. Customer service are useless won't tell me anything and now been told theyll not be responding to any more correspondence regarding the matter. I am taking this to every organisation I can and will keep going until people stop playing this site as there quick to take your money but don't like paying out
