Excellent
I enjoyed being a customer of the company because of the excellent customer service. I was always informed of updates and reminders of when charges would come out for autopayment. I'm sad to have to end it as I've had some life changes, but hope to return in future.

I absolutely love Heartbox
I absolutely love Heartbox! I would not have cancelled but my husband lost his job and we are going to be living on way less money. I pray that if something changes I will get to resubscribe. Scotland is the only country on my bucket list to visit as my ancestry comes from there and getting this box always makes me feel closer!

The great thing about Heartbox is you can pause or skip a month if a particular theme or gift is not to your taste, we did release the tartan dining set as a sneak peek so keep a wee eye on your email and our socials for future orders and if it's not to your taste you can skip that month.

I absolutely love my shawl
I absolutely love my shawl, the shortbread was delicious and I can't wait to hang the heelan coo on my Christmas tree. It definitely brought a bit of my "home land" to my home here in Canada. Just LOVE it!

Thanks for taking the time to feedback and review. From what I can see you received our FALL FOR SCOTLAND box. Each box has a different theme to showcase various aspects of Scottish culture (it also means you experience something new). All of our boxes include a food item in your box was the world famous Tunnocks caramel wafers, I hope you enjoyed them they are made just down the road.
Fall in Scotland is all about coorien in and wrapping up warm, we loved our tartan gloves and coin purse from this box, i'm sorry if this wasn't you're favourite.
We do have other boxes which are themed on more historical aspects and in certain months based on your favourite show Outlander! Keep your eyes peeled on the themes and sneak peeks each month, these really help to decide if each box is to your personal taste.
The great thing about Heartbox is you can join and pause based on which boxes you relate to most.
