A very good box…
The monthly payment is extremely affordable. The items inside of the box are quality items. The ability to cancel IF necessary is an easy process. This is a great box if you have roots in Scotland or just fascinated with Scotland.

Make it gender specific
I cancelled my subscription after the second box and I was regretting it until I got the third box. That was what I needed to confirm it. I truly wanted this to be a great way to stay connected to Scotland over here in the states, but the items just didn’t do it. As a male, I am simply not interested in sea glass, a bracelet, exfoliating face mask, and I don’t know anyone who uses postcards anymore. I apologize for only two stars, but the items over the past three boxes have fallen completely flat. I don’t watch Outlander so that entire box was A bust. The socks from the past box were hideous as well as too small, and the refrigerator magnet was not well done. Literally the only items over three months that didn’t get thrown away was a bottle stopper and a chocolate bar.

We release the theme and 2 sneak peeks at what's inside in advance so that if that month isn't to your liking you can skip to the next month.

I along with other customers were under…
I along with other customers were under the impression that we would get a wooden carved Nessie box, to further back this info when I signed up for the box it asked my initials for the box so I was very thrilled. Getting the nessie box was the ONLY reason I signed up for it, I even put in the comments on the website asking if we were getting the box and never received a response. When my box came I was not impressed, I did not get the wooden carved nessie box when I reached out to support for the company I was advised it was only an image used on their website. Lesson learned I canceled all future orders.

The elusive nature of Nessie meant that we had to rely on a specially commissioned drawing to represent the theme of the Loch Ness Monster for this month’s box. This artwork was intended to capture the spirit of the legend, and we regret that it led to a misunderstanding.

My experience was great because I enjoy receiving a variety of items. I was able to share some of the items I received. The Nessie magnet went to a little one who is going to Scotland in the Fall. HeartBox staff puts a lot of thought into making the combinations fun to open!

Value and interest just not there
I just didn’t feel this box or the last were worth the cost of my subscription. Thinking to discontinue…the fluffy ‘Nessie was just a big “huh?”. The Angel stirrer had no relevance to Scotland except where it was made.

I love this box
The box is always so nice. I enjoy learning about Scotland as well as tasting whatever items are sent . The chocolate was delicious!! The fragrance bag, OMG, it smells so good. I put it in my car. It is wonderful.
