Heartgalore 

I ordered a total of £76 of household items branded as Zara Home. Like a number of people mentioned, I only got a thank you card!

Reported as a scam to my bank and sent an email to the company saying the same,

Two days later… a refund for the full amount was arranged.

I’ll be very wary of these fake sites in future !

Yes I was caught too, absolute scheisters, should be barred from social media. Suppose it's the old adage, if it seems too good to be true, it probably is ! Once bitten and all that, won't happen to me again, and it shouldn't be allowed to happen to anyone else

Total scam. Never received anything except a card saying best wishes. So bold! So brazen. What can be done to prevent this happening to others ? They change their name to avoid detection but basically give online shopping a bad reputation. They need to be stopped!

Complete scam. They delivered nothing and stole my money. Like others defrauded by these scammers, I received a thank you card, which I presume is this company’s way of laughing at the people they’ve ripped off. I hope the Chinese authorities track them down.

This us a total scam i ordered what I thought was under armour clothes and trainers but waited weeks and nothing came.Just yesterday I received a envelope from them saying thanks with a wee card inside iv lost £48 but they send you tracking number and info from royal mail but links won't open and they arr using different company names

Have also been scammed by this company selling as Mikroksm. Got the Best Wishes card. I am contacting my bank to report & see if they'll refund. This was advertised heavily on Facebook so they too need to look at their advertising policies. I have reported them there too.
Clearly this company is a multiple scammer

57£ spent just got a postcard saying best wishes....

I paid for a pair of Gant Trainers advertised at £27. After 3 weeks I got a tiny card saying "Thank You" - no trainers. These are criminals.

This company Baade are scam artists, received what i thought was what i ordered and paid for, no it wasn't, it's just a card saying Best Wishes..

I never received my items even tho I tried , you just end up in a loop 😤
I’m disabled and almost housebound so online shopping for me is the only way . I’m usually.pretty carful , saw a few sale items for my grandchildren for next Christmas( money is very tight) but they never arrived !!

Ordered £200 homeware from Zara/Heartgalore only to be sent a tiny package with BEST WISHES card inside..from China.

Scammers. Said they were Zara. No order received and no refund

Heartgalore is a conniving scam! I ordered three items in May 2025 that they said were from Zara and I just received a card saying ‘Best Wishes” !!! I made a complaint with Shopify, the complaint went through but I still haven’t received anything.
Update 2 July: I received no reply so I have notified Shopify that I am escalating the matter to Trading Standards and Action Fraud.

Please avoid these scammers. No communication, first ordernshowednas delivered by Royail Mail but nothing was there, they promised to resend and stopped communicating. Haven't received anything after 2 months

Horrendous. Totally scammed. Waiting on £125 worth of Zara Home goods that I ordered 2 months ago. Still emailing them . - got the “Best Wishes” card in the post. Cannot believe it. Do not go near these people.

Lying, fraudulent site.
Livid. Usually good as spotting a dodgy site but I was royally sucked in here.
Emailed but obviously just got bs back then nothing.
I guess the old saying is true " If it seems too good to be true, it probably is"
