Definitely a scam
I only gave it 1star because I had to. Wish I’d read the reviews first I never received my order and when I asked Klarna to get involved and withheld payment they sent me a Best Wishes gift card through the post ! Their idea of a joke perhaps? So grateful I used Klarna to pay! Do not use this site. Why hasn’t it been shut down?

I was scammed by heartgalore
I was scammed by heartgalore. They are a fraudulent company. I ordered some items which I paid for to this company online. A blank card arrived with the same tracking number connected to my delivery. Instead of the items this card was sent and when contacted they said that they had proof of delivery. When I emailed them back that I did not get the items and only a blank card. They just got back with emailing me saying that they had proof of the tracked delivery sent. I am giving my feedback so that others don't use these fraudulent household Zara outlet as these are some scammer online cheating people.
