So yesterday I received my ‘parcel’ which turned out to be a ‘Best Wishes’ card. And still no sign of any goods.
I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering from this company.
I often buy from’Shop’ and cannot understand that they would be associated with a company like this.
And of course any order or tracking has disappeared from ‘Shop’ website.

Complete scam. Nothing arrived except a small greeting card that was registered post so it looks like something has been officially delivered if you try and complain.

It’s definitely a scam. I received a blank thank you card sent from China after waiting for a month.

SCAM - this is an illegitimate website, please be aware. Like on many other reviews I purchased some goods and only received a small thank you card. When contacting the retailer they said they had two factories and that they were sorry. Then the emails go around in circles saying we have received the items and that we need to return them if we want a refund. Please do not order anything from this website.

I’ve placed x 2 orders with this company and not received any items!! I’m fuming. I’ve chased with the email provided to have been told it was an error on their part and that they are shipping the goods. Why has FB not taken this down when SCAMS have already been reported. Not happy. Had me for nearly £300 😩

It’s just lowlife thiefs stealing money from people. Never answering to mails and never delivering any of the items you pay for. Yet happy to withdraw money from your account. I have filed a fraud case against this company (after giving the company two chances to sent items or return money- no reply).

Scam website.....buch of thieves. Do not order anything. No chance of contacting them.

Having ordered from what I thought was a Zara outlet, I chased items after a couple of weeks, they said goods delivered to port by plane, next day I received a little best wishes card all the way from China! Talk about adding insult to injury, wish I’d read reviews before I gave my money to a scam company, live and learn

I wouldn't even give 1 star rating if I'm honest. I've been conned didn't receive my order never will I'm disappointed in myself as I thought I had more sense. Quick enough to take my money though!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY,ITS A SCAM NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER,WHEN I EMAILED THEM THEY SENT A MESSAGE SAYING IT WAS DELIVERED & SIGNED FOR,UTTER RUBBISH,HAVE TRIED TO GET MY MONEY BACK WITH NO LUCK. HOW CAN THEY JUST STEAL YOUR MONEY & GET AWAY WITH IT.

SCAM.....no goods received. There is an identical site called Hyperwait advertising same goods as though it's a Zara home clearance sale. Beware.
I've reported as fraudulent sites to FB, also to Action Fraud.

It’s a scam, don’t trust this company

Scam company they will send you a kind regards card to prove that that fulfilled a delivery. DONT THIS Chinese scam company !!!!!!

This is a scam from China! So don’t order. Your order will not arrive and you will not get a refund.

They must have hundreds of Best Wishes cards, because that's all you're gonna get!
Thank goodness I paid with a credit card and I will get my money back

Scammed my Mam. Horrible people.

SCAM - do not buy from!! Spent £200 and received nothing and no-one available to contact despite website having live chat, email address and contact pages. Never received any replies. Wish I had looked on Trust Pilot first.

I would leave zero stars if I could. I fell for the Zara hype to these SCAMMERS. £83 spent and I eventually received a very small card wishing me a nice day. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS LIKE I DID
