Horrible! Dont buy their CHEAP jewelry. I bought a necklace from them and as soon as I put it on, it broke. I never even got a chance to wear it. Their customer service rep told me it was because I used “force” lol. Sorry, how do you forcefully put something ON? Then they wanted me to pay you for shipping to send the necklace back. No thanks. It’s going in the garbage. They need a lesson in how to make their paying customers happy.

This is in response to the sellers reply to this message. They absolutely did not try to contact me to “make things right”. They also said they sent me a replacement necklace and they 100% DID NOT! AGAIN, the company is a SHAM.

I ordered three necklaces, they were all very pretty and I’m satisfied with the quality so far. There was a mistake on one of the items ordered, but was quickly remedied once I sent the wrong item back (via free shipping label sent by company). Customer service was great in my experience!

This company is a SCAM! If you use a promo code, it voids your option to return anything, making it a FINAL SALE! And their jewelry is misrepresented on their website. Buyer beware!

When I reached out to customer service and told them that it was the scammiest policy I had ever heard of, the reply from "Lauren" was that I should read a businesses return policy before placing an order so there are no surprises. And that "I was certainly happy to receive a 30% discount and free ring set though." DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

The treatment that the company has given so far is very good I highly recommend it, its products in the same way look of very good quality😍😍!!!!!!

Top Knotch Customer Service!! I had to do a return and they are very responsive to emails! When I couldn’t use the 30% coupon along with my store credit from my return, they explained that they would refund that difference once my new order was placed and they did it immediately! Awesome company! Excited to get my jewelry!

This product was everything I expected.

Product is junk. The customer service is even worse. They sent me a defective item and then when I emailed about it I was told “we didn’t send you a defective item” there return policy is terrible.

This company is a legal scam - don’t buy here - this will be the worse company you ever deal with. Rude, incompetent and down right disgusting at customer service.

I absolutely love the designs of the products and it doesn’t change color when wet ,very hard to tarnish and is so cute with outfits

I have purchased 12 pieces of jewelry from Heart Made of Gold. 6 bracelets, 6 necklaces (some were gifts). They are pretty pieces. However, of the 12, 5 have broken- 2 were mine, 2 were my daughters and one of the bracelets I gave my best friend as a gift broke. When I contacted their customer service about the first one, and sent a picture, they told me it was not broken, that I could just put the jump ring back together. 🤔 That means it's broken. After the second broken piece and contact, they told me it was because I must be pulling on the jewelry or it wouldn't break. But that was not true and I had already stated there was no rough play or tugging on the jewelry. It literally just fell off. And the same is true for all the other pieces for my daughter and my friend.
Needless to say- their customer service is poor and I will not purchase any more jewelry from this company. They eventually told me I could mail it back and they'd fix it for me (but which one?? All 5 pieces??) but did not offer a replacement, or even a mailing label to make it more convenient for me to ship the pieces back. Very poor quality and very poor service.

This company needs to be closed down. They are crooks. I bought a ring using their "promotional" offer. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING. After receiving the ring, I decided it wasn't my style and wrote to them asking them the proper protocol to return the ring. They finally emailed me back saying that because it was a "promotion", the ring could not be returned. So in other words DO NOT BUY anything from this company because you will NEVER be able to return the item or get your money back. POOR..VERY POOR BUSINESS. I call this SCAMMERS!
