Can not recommend these guys enough
Ben and Dermot where amazing from the first phone call right up to cleaning up after they had completed the job

After visiting the store and booking all the work in we made a slight change 3 days before the work was to commence and the lads sorted it out then from start to finish of the job every step was amazing and every detail covered down to hiding the wires for the tv

The lads had a stupidly long day from travelling to our house yet they still left the place clean and tidy

Would highly recommend heat matters and it goes to show you get what you pay for

From the initial assessment from Dermot and recommendations and product knowledge I would highly recommend. Received quote when expected, booked in for fitting date. Arrived at expected time. Placed dust sheets to avoid dust, cleaned up after themselves. Got on with the work and no disturbances while I was working from home. Demonstrated how to light fire with clear instructions. Love our fire, especially because it has been so cold these last few nights.

From the start with Ben in the show room, and Dermot completing a survey and follow up review, to the two days on site. I am extremely happy with the work they put in especially in the challenging weather.

The result is perfect and they worked without complaint and were very courteous and clean working throughout.

I will definitely be using them again and will be recommending to friends and family.

Absolutely stunning fire, provided and installed by 2 top guys… super professional, punctual, skilled, friendly, meticulous, from start to finish they were amazing and the fire speaks for itself… we all love what you have given our home, a centre piece that gives warmth, calm, peace and a place for our 6 cats to stay safe and warm too… it has really made our house a home 🏠 thank you so much 😊

From the first time we spoke with Ben and Dermott we knew we would be in the right hands for us getting the best service! From meeting in the showroom choosing our log burner, tiles and the finial finishing touches of the most perfect oak beem, everything was explained to us and any question's we had were answered. Our log burner was fitted by the amazing team in just one day! Leaving zero mess behind. Absolutely 100% would recommend! Its everything we wished for and more.

From 1st contact.... to the team leaving after completing the installation, the service and communication was smooth and very professional. The support in choosing the correct stove, the plans for installation and then installation was easily understood and confirmed step by step. The product is superb....the installation equal in quality...all cleaned up after completion. We would easily recommend Ben and the team and their products to our best friends and colleagues.

A colleague at work mentioned a friend of hers had decided to have a fire and had been pleased with the work done by Heat Matters. I called them and spoke to Dermot and he came to assess the possibilities on a Sunday afternoon. Whilst they offer different types of fires he asked whether I had thought of a log fire. I hadnˋt so he suggested I went to their showroom the day after which I did. I discussed the possibilities and they set up a log fire and lit it. I was impressed and decided to buy one.

They came to fit the fire last Thursday and I am delighted with the results. The fire looks lovely and when they lit it I realised just how efficient these fires can be. Dermot and his colleagues were so polite and helpful, they even fixed the water pressure on my combi boiler. They were hard working and left the house clean and tidy. Installing a stove into our first home was one of our main priorities and we couldn't have asked for anything more from both Dermot and Ben. After shopping around, we decided that they were absolutely the best choice for us. From getting our home survey to visiting the showroom and final installation, it was clear how knowledgable and passionate they are. Well! What can I say!! We have just had 2 new wood burners fitted by Heat matters after moving house.
We had used heat matters in our previous home to fit wood burners on 2 occasions over the years and knowing their work, was only one company we would use this time. Dermot and the team have surpassed themselves this time!
From visiting the showroom in Middleton and the professionalism in the help of choosing the right set up for us , to the fitting and finish, these guys are the best! Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Outstanding service, product and workmanship, we are over the moon with our new fireplace. Heard about Heat Matters from a relative and they lived up to their great reputation. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Brilliant from start to finish. I'm coming to the end of a reno and the ambition of doing stuff myself has worn thin. Originally I had put the flue in myself when I had scaffolding up for the roof. I decided I needed help with the install and HeatMatters came through. They explained what they were going to do and without hurting my feelings explained what they needed to change 🤣 They listened to what we wanted and what our goal was for the house and what we wanted burner wise. There was no take or leave it sales tactics just honest advice that suited our budget. We agreed what we wanted and set a date. They stuck to the date, arrived on time and completed the job in good time. Even kind enough to give us a beginners guide on how to use our particular model. They dressed the house like a crime scene and for such a messy job I was very impressed with how tidy it was left. Couldn't find fault even if I wanted. Perfect from start to finish, top to bottom and inside out.

Dermot and Ben were fantastic…. From visiting the showroom they were really helpful and helped us decide on the fire we wanted… we went for the lux 100 electric built in fire.. they arrived on time and covered everywhere with dust sheets, very respectful of our property… Dermot found a gas leak we didn’t know we had and sorted it for us, so I think we owe him our lives as well a good review.
We don’t have a negative word to say… excellent service.. thanks guys

Great job, from initial consultation to finish

Dermot and Ben provided an amazing service for my mum. They bricked up the old fire place and installed the new wall mounted fire in less than a day. Great lads and cracking customer relations.. Would totally recommend.... Maybe going back for Venitian Plastering.....
