Just had a log burner fitted and I cannot rate highly enough the service we received from this company. From start to finish it is 5 stars. Excellent customer service from start to finish.

Received amazing service from these guys from start to finish. We didn’t know which log burner would be most suitable for our room/house so Dermot came out to see us, he answered all our questions. Both Dermot and Ben did a fantastic job on installation too and we couldn’t be happier with our new main feature in the living room!

From viewing at Heat Matters showroom right through to installation of our wood burner, the service was exceptional. Dermot and Ben are very knowledgeable and guided and advised us in all aspects of our purchases. They are both dedicated and very enthusiastic with great attention to detail. The installation of the stove, mantle, hearth, chamber, flue liner and chimney pot were all installed in a day without any hitches. All done in a professional manner to a very high standard. Highly recommended.

A huge thank to Ben & Dermot for the installation of our two gas stoves in our house renovation. The transformation is amazing.
They worked so hard all day to complete the job in a day.

I thought long and hard before having my log burner installed and looked at numerous companies but always kept coming back to Heatmatters. Their work ethic is fabulous. They are Professional, Knowledgeable, Clean, tidy, friendly and go above and beyond to meet your expectations. Finding a good tradesman is hard and nerve- wracking when your spending your hard earned cash. I would 100% recommend this company to friends and family.

From start to finish 5 star service we had shopped around looking for the right company to install a log burner hearth and mantle and came across heat matters by chance and weren’t disappointed. The whole process went smoothly and are over the moon with the end result .Thank you Ben for your expert advice without any hard sell and your patience when we were choosing our slate and mantle . Installation day went without any problems and attention to detail by both lads was amazing . Dermot and Ben worked so hard all day and tidied up leaving the room without any mess or disruption. 5 star - We visited 5 local showrooms/people looking for the right fire/price, but Heat Matters were the standout and we were not disappointed. They made sure everything was fitted and safe, whilst also taking us through how it all works too - think the dog enjoyed their company all day too! All packaging was neatly left. Great job all round, we are more than happy with the result and price - thanks for everything!

We visited the showroom to start which has plenty of choice. Ben did a great job showing us photos and videos of previous jobs to give us ideas and talk through pricing.

From start to finish Dermot and Ben did an amazing job - they stayed late into the evening to complete the work and left the room spotless. Really hardworking and genuine guys, would definitely recommend them.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! A wonderful showroom introduced by my wonderful neighbour who works there. I was greeted by a warm friendly welcome with a coffee. No pressure what's so ever just friendly advice. I've seen many fires and show rooms but I knew straight away when I saw the Solutions Lux electric fire, that it was the one for me, and at a very good price.
They arranged a pre visit to inspect the area and give an accurate quote.

The fire was fitted in a very short time frame.
They came and you wouldn't know they had been, the area was spotless, very professional. They fitted and plastered the fire/ fire place, taking care and making a great job of the fire place.
I love the fire, everything I wanted.

Ben and Dermot did everything they said they would. They gave us excellent advice when looking for our fireplace and fitted it to a really high standard, leaving no damage or mess. They were polite and respectful of our home and got the job done efficiently. I would highly recommend them.

What can you say about Ben and Dermot that hasn't already been said. We had a Parkray Aspect 5 fitted and the service was excellent from beginning to end. Ben gave us lots of advise when we visited the showroom and Dermot did the same when he did the survey. It's clear these guys love what they do and get a lot of satisfaction when the job is finished. We would have no hesitation in recommending Heat Matters and wish Ben and Dermot the very best in building their business.

I found Dermot and his team through Instagram to help my vulnerable parents have a new fireplace which has been a longstanding problem for them. For example, their current fireplace was leaking smells and wasn’t safe to put on. I explained to Dermot that my parents were vulnerable and he treated them with respect and applied no pressure throughout the viewing process to completion. He liaised with me throughout via phone to update me and I dealt with payment. I can’t recommend him enough. I have previously had to deal with other workmen on behalf of my parents and found they have taken advantage but in this case Heat matters were brilliant! Thank you! My parents are so pleased with their new fireplace!
