I had a small hiccup with my order due to an item being out of stock, but the way it was handled genuinely couldn’t have been better. Communication was friendly, personal and honest throughout, and the issue was resolved quickly and thoughtfully.

They replaced the item with a lovely alternative, refunded the Black Friday price difference without me even asking, and made the whole experience feel human rather than transactional; increasingly rare these days.

The hot water bottles themselves are excellent quality, really cute, well made, and they were a big hit with my nephews and nieces; who absolutely loved them.

It’s clear this is a small independent family business that truly values customer care, and that really shows. I wouldn’t hesitate to order again and would happily recommend them to others. Thank you for turning a potential disappointment into a very positive experience.

I placed an order with Heat Treats in mid-December, which I needed urgently before travelling to use as Christmas gifts. When I hadn’t received an order confirmation, I decided to call to enquire and I’m so glad I did.

Janine was absolutely incredible. Not only was it refreshing to be able to speak to a real person on the phone, but she was exceptionally kind, patient, and helpful. She took the time to investigate and locate my order, called me back with an update, and very generously upgraded and expedited my delivery as a gesture of goodwill to ensure my parcel arrived in time for me to take away for Christmas. She also followed up with an email to confirm that my order had been shipped.

This level of customer service is incredibly rare nowadays and genuinely made such a difference. On top of that, the products themselves are beautiful — thoughtfully made, high quality, and truly special and unique.

This was an experience that made me very happy to support a small business. With such outstanding customer service and such lovely products, Heat Treats absolutely deserve the support. I would highly, highly recommend them.

The cover of the hot water bottles was very thin and cheap quality. It frays
Leaving fluff everywhere and doesn’t look like it’ll last. It’s better to buy hot water bottles and covers from reputable companies like John Lewis or Marks and Spencer’s. I’m disappointed I bought from this Company. It’s too much has sand cost to return them.

So happy I found exactly what I was looking for! Ordering was a breeze, but I ran into a small snag when my phone's autofill messed up my address. I reached out to the seller, and they were so helpful—they fixed it straight away! Now my gift is on its way and will be here in time for the holidays. Highly recommend!

Had a lovely experience with Heat Treats where my item never turned up. Contacted customer support and Janine was absolutely amazing and got another item sent out which I promptly received. The slippers ordered are great and have to recommend Heat Treats.

Socks arrived quickly, all pairs look really good quality and comfy. Bought as Christmas gifts for family and me so looking forward to trying them out.

Had some delivery issues but the team at heat treats were fantastic in getting back to me quickly and replacing the item which was damage in transit. Wheat bags themselves seem well made and come in nice designs.

The customer service is beyond amazing! My order wasn't as expected so I returned it following the website instructions which was quick and easy and it was even picked up from my house the next day to return. But what was really impressive was lovely Janine sent me a personal email checking I hadn't received the wrong product and explaining how they could help if it was incorrect. As a family run business they clearly take the time and go the extra miles to look after their customers and ensure they are happy. I was really touched she even wished me a happy Christmas! I usually hate online shopping so its really nice to have a good experience and it is definitely a company I would trust to buy from again.
