Excellent service
A simple purchase of a hot water stomach wrap turned into a bit of a nightmare thanks to Royal Mail losing the package. Janine was outstanding throughout and once Royal Mail admitted their failure, she quickly sent out a replacement using Tracked which came the next day. An excellent professional service from Heat Treats and I will definitely be buying more items in the future.

Absolutely recommend this buisness!! They have gone above and beyond any other customer service I have ever experienced.
A slight error error in my order had occurred and within a couple of hours of emailing, the error was resolved and Janine has been so kind to send out the new item with fast delivery and even added in a little extra as she knew it was for an elderly relative. It was so kind to hear such care and attentiveness towards my family member and this has truely made me so happy. I cannot recommend this business enough and will definitely be using them again!!

Lost bobcat found his way home
I ordered the lavender scented plush bobcat from Heat Treats on 21st October 20205.
However, I did not locate this until Monday 3rd November due to Royal Mail placing it in an undisclosed, “safe place” which did not belong to me.
I emailed Heat Treats and Janine was prompt in replying and incredibly helpful in assisting me with locating my parcel.
Janine provided the Royal Mail tracking link and even Googled the rough area, the parcel may have been located. I eventually found the parcel.
The bobcat is even more beautiful in person. He is incredibly soft and smells amazing upon being heated in the microwave. He is also a very good size and little’un loves snuggling up to him at night.
I have noticed that he does appear to hold his heat well after little’un has fallen asleep too.

Great customer service
I stupidly ordered to my old address, I emailed as soon as I realised and Janine managed to get it all sorted and changed to the correct delivery address even though it had already been packaged and was ready to be shipped. I don’t have the item yet so cant comment on that but 10/10 for customer service.

Customer service is a disgrace
i informed the company by email I hadn't recieve the item nor was the photo by royal mail showing a safe place their response was the company would raise this with royal mail. I rang the company to ask them to do this as a photo in a garden isnt proof of a safe place. I was told it wasnt their problem even though the company had stated in the email they said they could raise it with royal mail I was accused of not letting them speak eveb though i had and was trying to get the issue resolved amicably I was screamed at oh my God shut up multiple times accused of shouting even though i was the one being shouted at and i was speaking at a respectful level then a man was handed the phone whom then stated he was the owner and I was asked to explain what language I deemed inappropriate I think oh my God and screaming isnt good customer service which to my shock he then started to mock my words and how I spoke. Never again will I use this company judging by the barking dogs in the back ground and very unprofessional language and tone used by both members of the business il assume its small company with no customer service I will be making sure to avoid them like the plague, I did record some of the phone call after the way I was screamed at i hope they have recorded it so they can play it back and get some training on customer service. It was made clear to me im not the first customer to be treated in this way its how a company deal with things when they go wrong that shows their value.
In response to the companies reply people can read other 1 star reviews which correspond with how I was spoken to by this company, you also reply to other low star reviews with the same attitude there's no accountability for how you treat customers and unless you state at the start of a phone call that it is being recorded it is actually against the law. If it was recorded and this company had any self respect id be receiving an apology.

Dear Amy, we were expecting this review from you, as you said you would be leaving it - it's a shame that it is not entirely truthful.
Having read the email correspondence and listened to the telephone call, there are few facts that you've conveniently omitted from your account of events and some statements you've made that are shall we say 'far from the truth' - pity we can't share the recording as evidence.
1 - you emailed saying " Item was delivered to a random garden ive not received it" - we agree that we said we would have to report this to Royal Mail, even though they had provided proof of delivery, including a photograph & GPS map location, and we advised you to check again before we contacted them because they require the recipient to sign a declaration for us to make a claim & making false claims of non delivery is deemed an offence.
2 - you phoned our offices and from the very start of the call you were ranting at a staff member about a missing parcel but told her that YOU HAD GIVEN THE WRONG ADDRESS. The staff member didn't know anything about the original email so was unaware of the reply you'd had about reporting this to Royal Mail. She was trying to speak back to you, but clearly on the recording, you hardly stopped for breath and had a very aggressive, hostile tone. She admits she became exasperated with trying to be heard and did say 'oh my god', but as teh recording demonstrates NEVER said 'shut up'.
3 - after admitting it had gone to your old address, you said you had been round there and nobody was there, then a few moments later said that the people there didn't have it - how do you know they don't have it if when you went there nobody was there??
4 - the phone was then passed to the owner of the company who had been listening to the call from the next office - again you made accusations to him that the staff member had cursed at you - UNTRUE - and then continued to rant at him and refused to answer his question 'did you give us the wrong address'.
5 - there was a dog barking in the background - we're on a small industrial estate right next to residential gardens and we had our shutter doors open to take in a delivery, so that may have triggered a dog to bark as people were milling about and school students walking past as it was just after 3pm.
With the greatest of respect Amy, we deal with a lot of customers and always treat them with kindness and courtesy and go out of our way to resolve any problems we can - hence why we have had so many positive reviews about resolving issues people have experienced.
The fact of the matter is, that you placed an order and didn't check the address details - the parcel was delivered to the address we were asked to send it to; this is not our mistake so we don't feel we deserve to be treated with the level of hostility and contempt you displayed in your communication with us or to be lied about publicly.
