Back in December 2024 I placed an order for a novelty honey bee water bottle intended as a Christmas gift. There were some minor complications with delivery but Janine was absolutely excellent and was able to send me another order completely free of charge and it worked out to be a very special gift!

100% would recommend… I bought my daughter a pair of slippers…
I bought my daughter a pair of slippers unfortunately the stitching had come away (which could easily happen from any shop) I emailed and straight away Janine got back to me via phone call and email confirming if the size I initially ordered was still correct and that she’ll get another pair sent straight out so they’d be arriving the day after.
The quick responses and customer friendly service was second to none and I will 100% be ordering from here again.
My little girl is in love with her Koala bear slippers she’d been asking for some for weeks until we found the ones on this website.
The fabric and quality of the slippers are great and I won’t let a tiny little fault which again could happen at major retailers put me off the quality of them.

Personal service, cute and cozy goods
I sent some heat-treat gifts to my friend to beat the Xmas cold, she was really happy with the socks and hot water bottles. Janine at heat-treats went above and beyond to fix a postage problem, the service was so friendly and helpful. I would love them to offer gift wrapping as an extra.

Great and friendly customer service
It's my second purchase from Heat Treats, both transactions and deliveries were smooth and I'm happy with the products.
But what really stands Heat Treats apart is the customer service. I think it's great when an online shop is able to retain the human touch and the team at heat treats does it very well.
I had a tiny issue with one of the products and Janine dealt it with promptly and sympathetically. With her way of communicating I felt all the care and attention of an authentic independent retailer. Thank you!

My first ever order from Heat Treats has just arrived this morning and I am absolutely blown away with it!!!
All of the items look amazing and of a far better quality than I was expecting and the packaging is fantastic. The delivery was super quick and I was kept informed of my orders progress throughout.
They are a gift for my niece who is going to be celebrating her 30th birthday next week and I am pretty sure she is going to be over the moon with them.

Lovely warm and cosy slipper socks
An easy fast purchase of two beautiful and cosy pairs of slipper socks. An initial issue with one of the pairs but when I contacted Janine about the issue she responded very swiftly and sorted a replacement pair to be sent that arrived within two days. Very impressed with this company and their fast and friendly communication. Would highly recommend them.
