I purchased two items as Christmas gifts, the foot warmer for my partner who always complains his feet are cold, and the belted hot water bottle for my sister who I struggle to pick things for. The customer service is excellent, I got a call not long after I placed my order as I had left out the door number for delivery. The items are genuinely lovely and my Christmas shopping is now complete. I would recommend Heat Treats to anyone looking for something to keep warm with and hope to treat myself to something in 2025.

The customer care from this family run business is absolutely phenomenal. I can’t recommend them enough. I made an error while ordering and sent over an email to them and within 24 hours I received a friendly phone call from Janine to help me rectify my order without any hassle at all. Ordered two items from here and one arrived with damaged packaging. I wrote to Janine as this was a gift and needed to be presentable. She was so friendly and extremely helpful. I was also appreciative of her honesty about the situation. Lovely products beside this and issue resolved with a replacement being sent within 2 hours of the original complaint. Very polite lady and lovely business it seems! Would definitely recommend :)

I absolutely love this gem of a company 😍 I've placed a few orders over time with heat treats & I've never been disappointed. The products that you don't see anywhere else are available here. The choice is fantastic 👌 every order that's placed is received within 48 hours & is always packaged well with regular email updates. There was a slight manufacturing discrepancy with my order but the customer service was above & beyond 🌌 Janine is really lovely & professional & couldn't do enough to help. I adore these family run businesses as they care about their customers & customer satisfaction means so much to them 🥰 something larger organisations seem to lack. The cost of living is hitting us all hard but their prices are so reasonable I paid not much more than £10 for a gorgeous snow leopard dressing robe that is sure to keep me toasty in the colder months. Heat treats sell a lot of loungeable brand which lasts much longer than a couple of years! Everytime I need to purchase nightwear & slippers this is the first company I flock to. There was a slight deffect which I relayed to Heat Treats, Janine from the customer services team replied straight away and shipped out a replacement same day. With an extra little Polar Bear treat for my Grandson. 5 star customer service, would definately recommend.
