We ordered and received two cozy plush microwavable toys - a sheep and a bear. They are both lovely in appearance, character and with their cuddly feel and are an ease of practicality and functionality as hotties with them being microwaveable. Unfortunately it turned out the bear had a faulty seam and started losing its contents. We are still, however, giving 5 stars as these things can of course happen but because what impressed us the most was the ease, painless nature and timely replacement bear arriving after we contacted the company about the problem, along with the attentive and warm communication during the replacement process as well as no postage costs incurred by us with the replacement. All sorted. We have to say very impressive customer service both pre and post sales. Thank you.

Quality product, swift delivery & very good reduction in price

Size of item wrong I ordered an XL and it fit my ten year old daughter but we to small for me at a size 16

Very prompt delivery. The wrap-around hot water bottle was an immediate success! The velcro fasteners cover the whole area of the end of the 'wrap-around', and so provide a firm, stable base for the bottle to stay against your body. The bottle itself is just the right size - not too large to become obstructive or heavy, but large enough to provide a lasting heat. An added bonus is the large hand pouch running the full length of the bottle. The whole item seems well-made and exactly fit for purpose. Even the colour is perfect - a nice, muted, dusky pink. I have nothing negative at all to say about the product or the company, and would certainly buy from them again.

I received a pair of slipper boots for Christmas. Unfortunately there was a problem and I had to return them. This was dealt with in such a friendly, quick and efficient way that it was almost a pleasure! I am now, on the 2nd January, expecting a delivery from the Royal Mail of a new pair !

Lovely and unique products with excellent customer service!

I was very happy to find a hand warmer perfect in practical use but also in my taste of design. I also got some thermal socks. Due to health conditions and energy prices I struggle to keep my extremities warm and these products have done the job! Unfortunately, the hand warmer had a significant tear on arrival and I contacted the team who were prompt and extremely helpful in resolving the issue. I was given a variety of options to resolve the damaged product and very happily received a replacement which is perfect. My hands are happy and warm and I love my soft thermal socks. I ordered the watermelon warmie as a Christmas present & found out my friend had already been bought it, I emailed to ask if I could drop the parcel off as they are based round the corner they were really helpful and the refund was very quick. Great customer service and lovely people!
