Absolutely lovely website
Absolutely lovely website, I ordered something that unfortunately ended up being out of stock however Janine from Heat Treats gave me a call and emailed me regarding this, she was incredibly nice & offered a full refund or to send out something else regardless of it it was more money than what i originally paid.
I just received the package and I am over the moon, delivery was quick too!
Will definitely be ordering from here again, such cute products and excellent service.

Superb retailer
Superb retailer. I ordered three Xmas presents from them in the space of 14 days and all arrived promptly and packaged well. Their customer service is also second to none and their staff member Janine is incredibly helpful and kind. I would highly recommend this company for quality and fun purchases at a fair price.

Customer service how it should be done
After placing my order, I wanted to change one item. I emailed customer service and got a reply within minutes. The lady I spoke to was super efficient and polite and amended my order straight away, and confirmed later on that my stuff had been shipped. It arrived the next business day. So refreshing to be able to speak to a real person and get good old-fashioned customer service.

First purchase form heat treats parcel arrived quickly and well packed however one of the items was faulty I filled the online form and received a reply within 24 hours no quibbles they just asked for a photo and replacement was in the post straight away! Excellent customer service would highly recommend 👍

My parcel went missing
My parcel went missing, I will not disclose how just in case anyone says it happened to them.
Heattreats were amazing they responded straight away when I emailed them, they sent me all the information.They offered me a refund or a new one even though it was not their fault and it would make them lose money.
They got my new parcel sent to my works so that it would not go missing again.
I ordered a dressing gown for my husband and the quality is beautiful so soft and a bargain for the price.
I would highly recommend this company, they go above and beyond to help you,simply amazing and so kind.

my parcel
my parcel was sent on the same day as i ordered it. The Royal Mail still have not delivered it 3 weeks later or lost it. having informed Heat Treats of the situation, they promptly resent my parcel via FedEx which i received 2 days later. Top notch service good mannered and polite thank you.

The wrong product was shipped to me in error. I advised by email and with 20 minutes a new product has been shipped out, together with a credit note as a gesture of goodwill. If only everyones customer service levels were this good!
