Good communication about home visit, engineer arrived on time ,was neat and tidy whilst carrying out the boiler service.

Have always found Heat Ayr a good company to deal with . I have been using this company for several years and always found the office staff and engineers helpful . I especially know that if I have an issue with either plumbing of heating they will do their best to respond as quickly as possible . They are a company I feel thus far I can trust .

Reaction time to my request for assistance was swift: Kevin, the engineer was decisive and thorough, identifying and correcting the problem. He also gave a clear explanation whilst he demonstrated what he was doing. This, for me, was especially helpful. Throughout his visit he was courteous and professional.

Very pleased with the work, the plumbers are very professional with nice manners and get the job done quickly. Arrived on time and we mentioned the monthly plan The Boss looked at our paperwork and told us we would be wasting our money as we were still under guarantee. If we could give 10 stars we would and not forgetting the receptionist who is very helpful and pleasant.

We used HeatAyr a few time now over the past year at our caravan, very prompt when we called with an emergency gas leak. That was our first use. After that they installed a new central heating boiler and radiators, since then they helped with leaks during the bad freeze and gave us some good advice on how to prevent any issues in our caravan also. Friendly knowledgable employees.
