Very quick response to a failed boiler. After offering advice on various options to restart the boiler failed, it became apparent that a visit was necessary. I was told upfront the cost and was visited by Paul that afternoon. The defunct pump was speedily replaced and all is warm once more. I am grateful for the efficient service.

Hollie has communicated well with my tenant, keeping her informed of arrival times and once Paul arrived, he explained the problems in full, allowing us to make decisions around the servicing of the boiler and the subsequent issue of the gas safety certificate.

Very good despite much delayed appointment which In fairness had been advised by the office. Once here though he was professional and offered sensible advice for our boiler which did require some further work.

We have been using Heatcare South Ltd for several years. They are always reliable. They managed to fix a problem with our old boiler that had eluded other companies and the new one they recommended last year has been brilliant and has improved out heating tremendously. Honest advice and great service. Well done!

Always easy to book and great service letting you know in advance of your engineer turning up so you can plan accordingly. Take care in protecting and cleaning up around them and always friendly.

This company was recommended to me by a friend, they have provided a very speedy and efficient service, Arthur the engineer came on time completed a full change of boiler, flue and pipe work etc. Paul also popped in to make sure everything was going ok. When Arthur left my house it was left clean and tidy, no trace of any work being done. Very pleased and would be happy to recommend, will also be engaging them in the yearly check ups too
