I was due my annual service on my boiler and I was sent a reminder and another the day before the appointment to confirm. The service engineer arrive on time was friendly and efficient and completed the job as expected. Nice to have a company I can rely on each year.

Really pleased with the service I received from Simon Archer Ltd.

I had them out to service my boiler and replace both my bathroom and kitchen taps.

The products supplied are excellent quality and the workmanship was very good.

The engineer was professional, friendly, tidy and took the time to explain everything.

The part that really stood out was during the boiler service, when the engineer noticed a slight smell of gas coming from the boiler cupboard.

I had only occasionally noticed it myself when opening the cupboard and hadn't realised there was an actual problem.

He investigated it and found a leaking gas pipe, which he showed me and then arranged to have repaired while he was there. I'm very glad it was spotted and dealt with rather than being left unnoticed.

The additional repair was explained clearly and was only a small extra charge, which I thought was very reasonable considering the importance of getting the leak sorted.

The whole experience, from arranging the work through to completion, has been excellent. Excellent products, excellent service and a company that clearly takes pride in doing things properly.

I would definitely use Simon Archer Ltd again and have no hesitation recommending them.

Received a text message the day before as a reminder, on the day Chris arrived on time. My boiler service was carried out professionally and promptly. Very friendly and knowledgeable chap and will certainly be using again. Payment was made after the invoice was emailed to me with a copy of the service.

I recently had my heating converted from oil to gas and a new cooker fitted. I could not have had a better company to do the job. They were excellent.

From start to finish the job was completed with the minimum disruption. Chris and Jake were polite and friendly as was Simon who knew exactly what needed to be done. Everything left clean and tidy I am very happy indeed. Highly recommend if you need a professional trustworthy company, you wont find better.
