Paul has serviced my flats boiler since it was fitted. He is happy to arrange with the tenants on his own and it has always been completed when planned. His prices seem reasonable but I don't think I have used any other gas man in the last 10 years.

Our old boiler broke down last night- no heating or hot water. Found Paul on Google and so pleased I did. Lovely guy, came round first thing. Luckily he was able to tackle an old Ideal boiler which needed a new fan. And luckier still, Paul had one tucked away in his van. Saved the day! Would highly recommend him.

I can only echo what many reviewers have said in that the service from Heatcare South, and service engineer Paul in particular, was first class. Our Vaillant boiler is 10 years old and had been serviced annually, or so I thought, by the person who installed it. Paul quickly identified that a strip down service and replacement of a graphite seal, as recommended by Vaillant every 5 years, had never been carried out. As a result there was heat damage inside the casing which could easily have led ultimately to release of carbon monoxide. I'm so pleased that the original engineer was unavailable this year and that I found Paul on the internet. Communication before and after arrival was excellent. Paul was extremely helpful whilst here and clearly very knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services to anyone looking for a boiler service engineer.

Paul was excellent- I was needing a good few new parts and upgrades on my combi boiler, and Paul was able to get everything done in one day over a couple hours . The convenience of having this done so swiftly was greatly appreciated. Very professional and I will without a doubt be using Heatcare South Boiler Service in the future again. Very thorough, great care with installation, came out just before xmas, and very careful to check about potential additional work and whether it was truly needed or not (it wasn’t, saving me £££s). No problems with boiler so far after many months of use, and excellent and approachable customer service for help and advice.
