Paul was very helpful. He sorted our ecotec combi boiler and provided care & maintenance instructions to prevent the fault from happening again. He stayed until he had checked all was working properly and offered a yearly service reminder. Very thorough and honest, our boiler is finally in good hands!

Paul was very helpful, he came and sorted out our non working boiler very quickly, he stayed and checked it was working properly. He didn’t mind that the boiler was difficult to get at. I would certainly recommend him and use him again.

I’ve used Heat Care South for a number of years now. They’ve always been efficient, polite and prompt to service our boiler. Paul has always suggested getting the boiler service done in the summer as it’s cheaper (but I never do). Confirmation and Prearrival SMS with an ETA a great help.
