Great service today from Darren at Heatfactors . Boiler service ✔️off the list for another year . Darren arrived on time , asked if I had any problems with my heating system. When the service was completed Darren asked if I had any questions for him .

Boiler failed on Friday and unit replaced on Sunday; great service.

Darren gave me a time slot for the day work to be carried out and called before on day to say exact time he’d be there He carried out work to my radiators efficiently and tidied everything up. Very happy with work done

I have used Heatfactors over a number of years for my boiler servicing as well as various plumbing needs. They have always been very friendly, efficient, reliable and competitively priced.

Very quick response from Heat Factors when our boiler stopped working, hence no heating or hot water.
Darren found fault very quickly and replaced faulty component as well as a general check of other parts. Been a customer for nearly 40 years, and very satisfied with 100% attention when needed. Top marks and highly recommend.

Excellent service as usual from Heat Factors. Turned up on time, provided a clear explanation of the work that had been done, and did not recommend unnecessary additional work for a small intermittent fault that does not immediate attention.

Darren was seriously professional and friendly throughout the job. Made sure we knew exactly what was the problem; made sure we knew exactly what he was proposing to do; managed getting all the parts in time for what he needed to do; checked we understood what he had done; then came back a couple of days later to check everything was still ok. By far the best plumber and tradesman we have ever had and we have had a few!! Would highly recommend to anyone needing a credible, trustworthy, professional and friendly plumber.
