Usual great response from Heatfactors, central heating stopped working last night, phoned them first thing this morning, usual friendly helpful service, Darren was here within an hour, diagnosed faulty valve, popped out to supplier for a new one, all fitted and working. Just the response you want in cold weather! Thank you and well done!

Have been using Heatfactors for many years
Just had our boiler and gas fire serviced and a fault in our heating fixed by Darren. We have been using Heatfactors for many years for all our plumbing and central heating needs. They have always been reliable, friendly and efficient and have never let us down. They come when they say, and phone ahead when they are on their way which is helpful.

Extremely high quality service - every time
I’ve been using the team at Heatfactors for a number of years now and they are the easiest, most knowledgeable and communicative team to work with and expert in all things plumbing and heating. Every time they come out they phone to let us know they are on their way, if a revisit is needed, it is planned in before they leave and they stick to it and all workmanship is top quality.
They are not the cheapest but we’ve been there and been stung everytime with cheaper contractors, through poor communication, poor workmanship, being left high and dry with unfinished work or a combination of all of the above. With these guys you know exactly what you are paying for and it’s the same top service every time. I’d highly recommend.
