The billy ball faux flowers arrived in good time and in good condition. Packaging box was too large although a box was needed. The flowers look really fresh and are perfect replicas of the real thing. Several flowers stems are joined together and I am hoping that I can separate them to add to individual vases. A lovely pop of colour.

Have just ordered my second bouquet of silk flowers, this time as a gift for my Mum after she kept admiring the ones I ordered. Just as beautiful and realistic as the first bouquet and my Mum loved them. Very helpful company, delivery is quick. Can’t recommend enough!

We were in Ross-on-Wye for the day and glanced at the beautiful Heavenly Homes shop window display with many Rusty metal flowers. We explored the inviting interior and made a purchase from the helpful and welcoming staff. (We believe one could have been Jade!?) We pondered over buying more than just one.
Several days later when home, we explored their web site... and bought a further selection of six! These were shipped to us with a single postal "flat rate" charge and received them within 2 days.! We were kept informed of despatch etc; The beautiful and elegant rusty flowers arrived and we have "planted" them in our garden and they look stunning!

Excellent service from start to finish. Lovely product great packaging and super speedy delivery. Couldn’t ask for better!!

In general the experience is good. However, product pages should have more datils on them. No one expects pots opening that is 3 or 4 cm smaller then the pot size given on a page.. Most of pots I received were to small for intended purpose - I assumed the opening won't be more then 2cm smaller.

Beautiful item I have wound solar lights around it and put it in the wall in our garden absolutely stunning, the item arrived well packaged and exactly as described.

Lovely stems, just what I was looking for. Fast service and they were delivered well packaged and presented.

Order placed 30th april for over £600 no communication to schedule delivery. Lack of response to multiple emails - even had to resort to using the eBay account they hold as a way to communicate in addition to chat support (no response) and direct email. 27th May - no delivery and no pending delivery information

I had one of these glass water jugs with a bamboo type covering some years ago ( from John Lewis). It broke eventually and I was not able to find a replacement till now. I am delighted! It arrived well packaged and in time for meeting up with family/ friends again. I like things that are a bit different and this is.

For those leaving 1 star reviews...I was able to call this business up and have them ship the order same day for me as I was moving house. It arrived next day. How you can experience that level of service compared to the 1 star reviews I have no idea. Seems suspect to me!
