I placed an order, and only received half of the items I purchased. After first agreeing to send me the missing items, the shop owner has not sent me the items and is ignoring my requests for a refund. I am deeply unhappy about it. I have had to engage Paypal in a dispute claim to get my money back, but I don't think the shop owner is cooperating. Would strongly not recommend.

I had been admiring a selection of Dutch plant pots, and finally decided which ones I liked on eBay - all of which were from Heavenly Homes & Gardens. When they arrived, what I immediately noticed was how carefully and well packaged each item was, and the items were received in pristine condition and the whole process from order, despatch to delivery was smooth, fast and efficient. I then decided to peruse their main website, opting to buy direct and the experience was exactly the same. Therefore, I would not hesitate to purchase from them again and would happily recommend them to others. What a fantastic bespoke service, thank you! xx

I love the small tapered candles from HH, but I wish they were a little cheaper :) ....I say this only because I now have to buy loads more. They are perfect for the project I needed them for and the delivery and service were both first class

Have bought twice from Heavenly Home, once a rusty metal star and most recently two flower stakes. Service and communication has been excellent, turn around and delivery very prompt and all have been top quality. I love the variety of products and they are clearly described and pictured on their website. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again!

What a treat during the lockdown to be able to peruse Heavenly Homes website and order lovely items to cheer up the home. A fantastic choice. l have used both click and collect and home delivery and their service is superb. Look forward to being able to shop in store once again.
