Ford Showroom success after Mercedes mix up
We came to visit the Ford showroom, after a mix up with our appointment at the Mercedes showroom at Hedin. There, Fahd helped us immensely! He provided us with a lot of information and arranged us to test drive our chosen vehicle. When we returned after the drive, he did not push at all and asked if we wanted time to think things over. But there was no need! Fahd helped us further with the purchase process and explained everything clearly to us. Really recommend.

I made an appointment for APK online and received appointment confirmation. However, when I came, they couldn’t find the appointment in the system. How is it possible? They were also not helpful and didn’t propose anything, so I had to leave.

I bought a Ford Focus Wagon from STERN
Recently I bought a Ford Focus Wagon 2015 from the dealer.
I opted for a used car with some very specific particular features. Given this is my first ever car I had a lot of concerns and fears but the dealer representative called Faizan took care the buying process was smooth and easy. Faizan was all the time in direct contact with me giving the updates concerning the car preparation and actions needed.
I opted for an extended service package which should ensure I have no troubles within at least a year.
The car was maintained and cleaned before the transfer by the Ford service.
I am not an expert, but so far I am really happy with the car.
