But for making appointments is really not satisfying.
Sometimes the issue takes no more than couple of minutes and the appointment is after 3 4 weeks.
It should be adjusted.

The worst service ever...
Rude, unprofessional, unhelpful.. Delayed deliveries, no apologies, no customer compensation. They keep promising things but don't deliver. Then they deliver half of what the garage ordered for you with a two weeks delay. Then the second part of order comes late and incomplete! again.. still...
If you go there, there's a rude unfriendly secretary with a condescending tone.. If you ask for help for your car, they clearly have no clue what is wrong and so often wrong or clueless and point out things to fix that are not true and not the actual problem. All in all, such a shame for a such a brand name. I wonder if Ford headquarters know about such a shameful service centre!

I had a very bad experience with Van Mossel Ford (Veghel/ Helmond). I bought a car on 2022 from Helmond showroom where they promised all the maintenance checks were done and its good to go. After an year i did maintenance on Van Mossel Ford Veghel and they said all basic yearly checks were done and good to go. After couple of months I ran into an issue on the road side due to bad Brake fluid. I dont know how within 2 months of maintenance brake fluid could go wrong very badly.
After enquiry i came to know thet Veghel showroom didnt change the fluid as they thought Helmond showroom would have done this during the selling time. But in reality both of them missed to check and change.
Due to this it affected the ABS system and i ended up paying 1600 EURO for the simple mistake.
They offered to do the next maintenance free of cost for this mistake but im not going back there. They didnt do anything in the paid maintenance itself, so imaginign how effective they will work on non-paid maintenance. I will defiently end up with another issue on the road so im not going back there ever again.
