Everything is perfect with buying on Van Mossel. Only problem for me is that Hyundai don’t give you the paper book service anymore. That is the reason for 4 stars.

A terrible experience with Van Mossel that everyone SHOULD read before do business with them.

My company is a client of them more than 10 years, and it was my time to get a lease car. Someone from van mossel got in contact with me and asked what i want.
After we had a chat, he checked available cars in accordance with my wishes and sent me some links of possible cars where you see all the details/accessories of cars.
After i checked those links, i made my decision based on the accessories i saw on the link van mossel sent me.. then it took a month to get the car.. After i got the car, i realized
that the car they sent me is the very basic model whereas the link they sent me before was with full of accessories! I saw a total value of the car on the link with full of accessories, and my basic car's total value is even more expensive than the complete car on the link which i immediately sent them an email to complain about.

It took around 2 months to discuss this problem with van mossel who never took any single responsibility on their mistakes! First they said '' the link we sent you is exactly the car you have now ''
It was not true so i refused to accept that comment.. then they came with another comment which was like '' the car on the link was manuel transmission, and you wanted an automatic car that is why there are differences '' ...this was also another lie, because at the very beginning when they called me, i told them that only automatic transmission cars so they never sent me any single manuel transmission car... I refused this comment as well. and then i even heard a comment from one of their employee.. He said that '' maybe it was possible that the time you confirmed the car we sent you, the car was gone for another client '' and i was totally shocked about that funny comment and told him that '' so what ? it was not my mistake '' ... and of course he was not able to comment further.. this already made me questioned like what kind of education/training their empolyees are having to talk with a client.. because if the car was gone to another client, you had to tell me before you sent me a different car! OR you had to take a responsibility to deliver the car you promised no matter what!

All in all, they misguided me ( i prefer to use '' they scammed me '' ) at the beginning. When i complain about this situation, they never took any responsibility to rectify their mistakes, hence they never gave me a real solution on this matter. It is annoying me to be scammed by van mossel, but i just discussed with my company to keep the car i have, because i simply want to live my life peacefully, and i lost my faith on van mossel who are not an honest company.

I definitely do not recommend van mossel to anyone.. If you really have to work with them, just be careful, double check everything you agreed and make everything in written, print out the car links they sent you before the agreements ( because they kill the links after the agreement )

Such a dissapointment, as i never imagined to experience such a terrible deal in a country like the netherlands which is considered as a super developed country!

Had a very good experience while picking up my new car from Van Mossel Hyundai Leeuwarden. Good dealer, highly recommended!
