I came in for a software update for the…
I came in for a software update for the recent recall on the Mach E. While the process to fix an appointment and drop the car was great, the experience during pick up was not upto the expectations.
After the work was done I asked for a summary update of what was done and a copy of the work brief/some evidence that the software update for the recall was indeed done. There is no way for the customer to know what work was done on the car without any documentation. There was no indication in the Fordpass app or in the vehicle screen. The person in the reception was rather rude and even refused to allow me to take a photo of the work brief that he asked me to sign on.
Expected better behaviour from Ford
