disappointment
Brought the car for an emergency fix. 2 1/2 days later I had no feedback from the service as to what is wrong with the car. The car was not checked until after I called to ask what is happening. The car stayed in service for 3 days for an easy fix. It is a premium car, but the service is not.

No CUSTOMER Service or any consideration for the plight of a customer, who has got serviced Mercedes cars owned since 1995. There is no efficient or responsible administration at this location anymore. Commitments made are simply not met.
I have wasted my time and money by making an appointment for APK where the commitment made on parts delivery the following day was simply not met.

I have been taking my car here for the…
I have been taking my car here for the a past 2 years and so. Great people. Nice service. Sander and Paul are the best.
However I'm not really happy this time since my car is not washed well. The exterior is not completely clean and the trunk is not vacuumed. I have to wash my car again.
Other than this everything else with them is really amazing. I gave 4 stars this time cause I'm not happy about the carwash quality. Everything else was class A.
