Second time I used it as recommendation…
Second time I used it as recommendation and what I can say, not an issue. I like the fact that I can just drop it off whenever I want. I moved twice and I will definitely use this again. I really like the square van with the platform. A friend that helped me moved said he is going to rent it next time as well.
Highly recommend! Os Car and not OSCAR :D Hehe.

Reasonable price
Reasonable price. Comfortable place to pick up and drop the car. Fluent service and instructions on picking up the car. I have dropped the car at night about 01:00. Left keys in agreed place and took a taxi to return to hotel. Taxi charging point is located in the same car parking place (you always will find a taxi). I have left muddy car outside and inside (carpets). I have not received any notes, complains or changes on my debit card account. Yes I was using debit card with prepayment. Very attractive option. Car didn’t start – refused refund despite proof
I rented a car from Oscar Biludlejning (Booking #1077683), but the car was completely undrivable. It wouldn’t start and showed multiple dashboard errors including:
• “Engine oil pressure low”
• “Pre-crash system malfunction”
• “LDA system malfunction”
• Check engine, ABS, and traction control lights
I sent photo proof immediately and contacted staff, who acknowledged the issue and even asked if I wanted a different car. Despite this, Oscar’s customer service later claimed the car was “fully functional” and refused a refund — at a time when there were still 15 hours left on the booking. They never told me I could pick it up again or use it.
I ended up paying full price for a car I couldn’t use. Extremely disappointing and dishonest handling. Would not recommend.

fast and very convenient, effective customer service
I used Oscar previously and it's always a fast service and very convenient. Their customer support is also very effective, with nice and reactive staff! We had an issue with the last rental but customer service solved quickly the problem. I totally recommend Oscar and I'm sure I'm going to use it again and again.

Great rental cars
I very much enjoy renting cars from Oscar. It’s cheaper and easier than the big box companies and local in Hillerød. The staff always remind me to important points and hands over the keys within 10 minutes thanks to the app.

Very easy and fast booking and then at the pick up I got very well informed about all the important things to know. Then the Van was also awesome to drive, because it's so tall that the view from it is very good and it was nice to drive it.

Great experience
I think the whole experience was very smooth and easy. I like that there’s the possibility to charge an electric car when giving it back and the staff is always very nice - the only thing that could be changed is bringing back the car before eight am. We had to drive back from a summer house that morning so it felt quite early.. Otherwise I’m super happy with Oscars, I’ve rented a moving van before and will continue renting cars at Oscars :)

Great, but extra km overpriced
Both the van and service was great and without issues. The guy at the rental was a bit too nosy in his questioning.
I think the extra kilometers price is way too high. Even with prepayment, it's equivalent to the fuel cost that one must pay anyway.
