The car hire was pretty easy and the coordinator was very easy to communicate. My brother recommended me this car hire option which was quite cheaper than the big brands in car hire, so I really enjoyed the ride and also the car drop off was quite easy.

Amazing experience
I chose this company based on a recommendation from a friend and it did not disappoint. The staff were nice and helpful in everything. The car was also clean and almost without any defects. And lastly, it was at a good price. All in all, it was a bargain.

Limited competition results in poor service
+ve. Minibus was fine and the 1 staff member was friendly enough.
-ve Vehicle was dirty inside and outside. Delivered with half tank only (it's hard to return a vehicle with a half tank). No weekend option and not 24 hour rental periods plus limited collection times resulted in a one day weekend hire costing 3 full days rental as we could not collect 8:30 Saturday or return by 8:00 Sunday, so had to collect Friday afternoon (before 15:00) and return during day on Sunday. The vehicle had a change oil warning message.

It’s unfortunate when pick-up and return options don’t fit into your schedule. Some lokations do have a key box, which can offer more flexibility, but unfortunately, that was not the case here.
We also apologize that the vehicle was not cleaned as expected. This is certainly not the standard of service we aim to provide, and we appreciate your feedback so we can ensure that vehicles are delivered in the condition our customers are right to expect.

For me it was not straightforward that Glostrup C is a self-serving pick-up place. It was not highlighted in the app. So I was circling around to find Oscar's office. And I was late with signing the contract online, as I was sitting on an airplane when it arrived. Once I figured these, the rental process was smooth and easy.

Super easy car renting service
Super easy car renting service, select the dates, the area where to pick up and the available cars will appear. We also rented for 1 day and had good support from customer service to extend the renting for another day. So everything was excelent! We will definitely rent again next time!

I like Oscar, but descriptions are not accurate
I like Oscar, but sometimes the descriptions do not match reality. The last time I rented a Toyota Aygo X, the description said it had five seats, but it had only four. Another previous time, I rented a Toyota Aygo that indicated AirPlay on its description, but it did not have AirPlay.

It wasn’t first time I used your service but it was first time you gave me different car then I payed for. After I pointed it out I was given also different and older car that was below price that I paid for. On top of that you charger me extra amount of money for unknown reason. Very bad experience

Flawless experience
Absolutely flawless experience. Rental conditions were clear, the app just works, communication was excellent including customer service (had a few questions before the rental and I received a prompt reply via mail), nice and friendly people at the front desk, and the car was in perfect condition. All in all a much better experience than with the usual big car rental groups.
