Everything was good

There was no information on how to pick up the car about the machine. Ir was quite difficult until i found the machine and understand i had to use the code.

Shocking experience
Shocking experience! Pick up time was apparently a 0 min window from 8.30-8.30am! I assumed pick up was FROM 8.30, not AT 8.30 only! I arrived at 9.30am, the shop was closed and on the phone they told me I should have been there at 8.30 exactly and only. So they took my money for the WHOLE rental period (3 days) despite not giving me a car! I've never experienced anything like it! When I didn't show up at 8.30 they didn't even try to call me to ask if I was on the way. I don't remember seeing anywhere stated that if I was late I would be refused the rental car! Shocking lack of costumer service!

Excellent service. I was able to book the truck - get clear instructions on the subsequent steps and after following through everything went very smoothly. After I returned the truck - I was billed for the usage. Overall - highly satisfied and recommended.

Very disappointing experience
I was charged for 100 km of extra mileage after my rental, which immediately seemed incorrect. Based on my own estimate, I only drove around a small extra.
After raising the issue, I was able to prove—using my own photos—that the starting odometer reading in their system was wrong by 65 km. This resulted in a partial refund.
However, the remaining ~35 km charge is still being disputed, and I have not received any proper evidence or documentation to justify it. Customer service did not take ownership of the issue and simply redirected me to another department instead of resolving the problem.
While the initial mistake was eventually acknowledged, the overall handling of the situation is not acceptable. As a customer, I had to identify the error myself and still have not received full transparency regarding the final charge.
On top of this, I received the car in unacceptable condition: it had a broken windshield and an active engine fault warning light, which remained on throughout the entire rental period. I reported this at pick-up, but was told there was nothing to worry about. I do not consider this acceptable, either from a safety or a service perspective.
This experience has significantly reduced my trust in the process.

Great experience
Easy using the app to choose from a big range of vehicles.
Helpful staff who are ready to answer all questions (especially if you have chosen a new car that you have no idea of its various settings).
The only negative thing is that it is not always easy to get to the pickup points.
