The booking process and…
The booking process and takeover/handover is very easy, and they have a large variety of cars and vans to choose from, at very reaso prices. One thing that could be improved, for Oscar Horsens, is to specify that the office is INSIDE Caripo Biler, it took me some time to figure it out😀. Other than that, it was a good experience, and the van I got was in great condition, did a great job.

Tried to scam me for 720 DKK
Tried to scam me for 720 DKK
After my rental, Oscar sent me an invoice claiming I hadn’t refueled the car. I immediately called them and explained that this had to be an error—I had only driven 16 km and had filled 3.5 liters myself.
They responded that their GPS showed I had driven 27 km and that they had supposedly filled 11 liters on the car afterward.
I even pointed out that 11 liters plus the 3.5 liters I had already added makes absolutely no sense for the distance I drove—not even if their claimed 27 km had been true.
Despite providing documentation right away, they still withdrew 720 DKK from my account.
I spent over a week going back and forth with customer service, and it took them 10 days to finally admit the mistake.
As a customer, you end up having to prove their errors while they withdraw money without proper documentation. That’s unacceptable.
No compensation. No real apology. Just a flat “we made a mistake.”

The best car rental service in Copenhagen. Staff were very helpful when I made a mistake with my booking to accommodate me with new options. Moreover, the price is quite affordable and easy to collect and deliver.

Today when I go to RODVORE they give key but the car was not starting then he send me in glostrup where they say they don’t have the car then I see the car is available then say it’s not inspected ,then sometime later he say me to go another place .what I see they all are unorganized and they make rules like themselves . I will say to all before you hyre car call them that is the car is okay everything is fine or not then rent

The whole experience was easy
The whole experience was easy, and the people I dealt with were straight forward, easy going, effecient and polite. The price was reasonable and I got what I paid for. I especially liked the ease of lease renewal system and the pleasantness of the people who made it happen over the phone... yeah, real people on the phone!
