Very unpleasant experience
Very unpleasant experience. I have rented Ford 9 seats. Car was very dirty as from outside as inside. Epty coffee cups, botles were inside. Technically car was in bad shape, turn light dont work and very bad noise from wheel when turn, screen wipers are so bad that at night during a rain it was impossible to drive. Have signed a contract, that car is in perfect shape, but in reality it is scratched all over. So you have to make alot of photos and video yourself. Very uncomfortable situation with taking keys, you have to stand outside for 30min, waiting for some contracts and codes.
And dont lie, you didn't tried to reach me!

The employee/owner of the branch in Odense C was very kind and helpful. It was very easy picking up and dropping off the truck and made the entire experience great!

We rented a low-loader trailer van and everything was super good. Attention was great and all explanations clear for someone without experience like me. We recommend to add ropes and cell phone holders, because our van did not have, and we didn't know.

Good experience
The renting was smooth the car was nice and the price was fair, when we were taking the keys there was a little confusion but luckily there was someone there to help us so it turned out okay.

Din booking 1170918 hos Vallensbæk er annulleret.
I booked a car a month before and and few hours before rental starts they send a cancellation message.I still waiting for my money to return with no compensation. They said if you cancel in last hours your whole money deducted, but if they cancel then no compensation. Long story short I will never book with them again very every bad place .Still waiting for my actuall money.Din booking 1170918 hos Vallensbæk er annulleret.

I rented a car from Oscar Biludlejning and ended up not picking up the car which I told them half an hour hour after my rental had started. Didn’t expect a refund but asked if I could just get the money back for the extra mileage I had paid for. That was ”against their policy” and they couldn’t do that.
