uncaring lazy courier

I received a message from the delivery couriers that no one was in and I will have to collect my parcel from local post office. And that I had agreed to it. Which is utter rubbish, NO ONE RUNG MY BELL OR KNOCKED ON MY DOOR. I got the message pretty soon after the courier claimed that no one was in. I have a lot of deliveries and I have never had a problem before. I had two deliveries that day. And what companies are now doing are combining there deliveries. This courier was just in so much of a hurry that he never tried to contact me. Most couriers will knock on my front window if they think that one hasn't herd the bell ringing. This one did not. One of the parcels was 20kg and I am 79 years old. And it was very difficult for me to collect it. The courier needs severely reprimanding. Otherwise the supplier is likely to lose custom. The other parcel came from Amazon and it is impossible to contact them now. SO AMAZON BEWARE YOU HAVE JUST LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER. IF you cannot be contacted then I cannot be bothered to buy any of your merchandise any more.
