Perfect customer service! They made me feel comfortable and judgement-free. All my questions were answered regarding TheStroker, and then the lube and toy cleaners I bought for it! Somewhat of a good experience.
The ordering process was smooth. But then shipping process was inconsistent and delivered late. I liked the all the products I ordered except for the stroker lube. Just not thick or viscous enough for me at least.

Awful. They changed their product to a lesser/cheaper device. SAVE YOUR MONEY.
Awful. I had the original blue device and what they sent me was absolutely a different product and looks different. It doesn’t function at all the same as the blue one I still own. It’s simply the worst, no suction. Any positive review is most likely for the previous device. Submitted return request and haven’t heard back. I guess I’ll just have to tell all the women I know to stay far far far far away from this brand. If I could give 0 stars I would. $50 down the drain, please learn from this review and SAVE YOUR MONEY and go buy from a different brand who actually has good customer service.

I bought a device it worked and stopped working reached out to hello cake. I have multiple devices I use and are good products but once in a while you get a defective one. Submitted a request for replacement no issues a replacement was sent in the mail took couple weeks to arrive. Great customer service and care provided they stand behind their product and customer satisfaction is guaranteed.
