There are lots of quick, easy and delicious meals to choose from. I’ve been impressed with the portion sizes - you have definitely improved on that aspect. I’m enjoying cooking dinner again.

3 MAIN MEALS ALL SORTED!
For 3 main meals a week I don't have to think shop knowing we have 3 good protein meals sorted. I find the meals easy to.prepare quick tasty and something different. Sometimes a veggie is a little on the small.size but I just throw in something I have on hand as we eat a big portion of veggies. Protein is always good quality and portions good
Value for money compared to similar services. New flavours I would not normally cook and often enough left over for a small lunch next day. I love them thankyou Hello Fresh xx 😘

Our order was canceled because courier couldn't find our address. You send you called me but I had no calls. Very disappointed with service. Will probably go with someone else. Not happy with service at all

Need to change the opt-out system
Honestly, we love HF when we WANT it. What we are sick of is having to cancel every week when we don't want it. Would much rather an opt in system each week. I have had too many boxes I didn't want or couldnt afford, so we are cancelling our membership. I raised this with a HF member of staff on Messenger who didn't seem to care.

Its great everything you need is in a numbered bag along with the recipe..I'd love for all prep to be done tho so to make it easier for myself and 14 year old to just pop together.. ie carrot's potatoes etc .. and just to make sure when it comes with yogurt it's there and double cheeking recipes are there in the box as well .. other than that I love it so does my child delish meals

Good value and excellent quality of food. We are trying out a new recipe every night which is surprisingly easy and every meal so far has been delicious. Takes the hassle out of thinking about what to cook for tea and just making the same things each week. Totally recommend HelloFresh.
